HT2534 In my iPad the none option is not there then what to do

Please I did it three times but still they want me to pay money even if the application is free then what to do please help me

Create iTune and App Store account without credit card
1. Go to App Store and select a free app
2. Tap INSTALL APP
3. Create New Apple ID
4. Confirm Your Country
5. Agree with Terms and Conditions
6. Fill in your Apple ID and Password (must be a valid email address)
7. Create and answer your secret question e.g. What is the name of my dog?
8. Select NONE for Payment Method (very important)
9. Fill in Billing Address i.e. your address
10. Submit application for new Apple ID
11. Wait for verification email
12. When email arrive, verify your account
13. Start downloading your free apps

You've logged into your account and viewed your purchase history and there aren't any error messages shown (e.g. 'problem with a previous purchase'), and you haven't got any purchases due (e.g. pre-orders and/or subscriptions) : Why can’t I select None when I edit my Apple ID payment information ?

As I understand it you can only follow the steps that allow you to create an account without a credit/debit card if you do them in exactly as described as you create a new AppleID. If you have already created the AppleID that you want to use, and iTunes is requesting a payment card, then you need to attach a credit/debit card to the account in order to prove that you are resident in the country whose store you are trying to use. Once that has been established you can then set the payment method to None.

if you are signed in to iTunes with your AppleID, click on the AppleID > view account > payment information > enter in your information

You need to follow the steps in that article exactly, in particular:
You must download and install a free app.
To find a free app, navigate to the Top Charts column on the right side of the App Store window. Scroll down until you see the list of Free Apps. Select any app by clicking on it. Then click Free App underneath the app icon.
In the pop-up window, click Create Apple ID.

You are following the instructions on that page exactly for creating a new account (it won't work with an existing account) e.g. selecting a free app in the store and clicking on 'create Apple id' when 'buying' it ?

I highly recommend not advising people to create new Apple IDs. This is pretty much NEVER a valid troubleshooting step and will cause much more harm than good.
For an EXISTING Apple ID, you should be able to edit your iTunes Payment Type to be "None" as long as you do not have an unpaid order on your account. Please note that if your Apple ID already has already been created for Apple Online Store, iCloud, etc. before you use it with iTunes, it is necessary to add some type of payment type or redemption code during the initial use of the account with iTunes. HOWEVER, if you don't want a credit card on file, you can immediately edit the payment information to change the Payment Type to "None" after the initial setup.

If you have an unpaid order, you must first provide a valid payment type to take care of that unpaid balance, and then you'll have the option for "None."

HT1918 How do I delete credit card info if the none option is not given

I wish to delete my visa vanilla gift card info because it no longer has any value but when I go to the edit billing info page the none option to break the connection is not given and it tells me I am useing a different device and need to conferm the security code on the gift card but when i do it says the code is not valid when i know it is because i'm looking at it on the card. . WHAT DO I DO TO TAKE THE DEAD GIFT CARD OFF?!?!

In the support section, ther eis a How To for setting up an apple ID without a credit card, I know this has worked in the past because I did it once,
The support page shows that there is an option to select "None" when pestered for credit card details, however in practice this option does not exist,
Is there a way to make the None appear?

I started on an iPad2, fresh out of the box, and created the account, it became apparent that those without a credit card may not have an account. I read a few of these threads and tried to "Review" the account using itunes and also the apple site. All roads point to BankCardTM
Any ideas?
Is it worth deleting the account and starting again? If so, how?

To set up an ID for apple you have to provide means of payment even if you don't wish to buy anything, hence why there is no option for 'none'. I wonder why this option is not available any more?

Welcome to the Apple community.
Open iTunes and navigate to the app store. Select a free app to download. A simple way to do this is to scroll down to the top free apps box on the right hand side, hover your mouse over the first item and click on the free button that appears when you hover over it.
A pop up will open asking you to sign in with your Apple ID click "create new account", click continue to create your account. Check the box to accept the store terms and conditions and click continue.
Enter your email address, password, security question, and date of birth, click continue. Now, you will be asked to provide a payment method. Note now that the last option says "none".

The language options does not include English, what can I do to change that?

I have not installed the photoshop trial yet, but there is no English option, what can I do to change that?

For standalone products like CS6 or Elements you need to download the installer in the correct language. For Creative Cloud you set the language in the CC app settings.
