The action is stop/start as well., and occasionally it skips 5 or 10 seconds altogether, making it impossible to watch. What settings can I change to fix the problem.
Repair your QuickTime.
Control Panel > Programs n Features > highlight QuickTime and click CHANGE then REPAIR.

Let's try a standalone Apple Application Support install. It still might not install, but fingers crossed any error messages will give us a better idea of the underlying cause of the issue.
Download and save a copy of the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64setup.exe) installer file to your hard drive:

Download and install the free trial version of WinRAR:

Right-click the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64Setup.exe), and select "Extract to iTunesSetup" (or "Extract to iTunes64Setup"). WinRAR will expand the contents of the file into a folder called "iTunesSetup" (or "iTunes64Setup").
Go into the folder and doubleclick the AppleApplicationSupport.msi to do a standalone AAS install.
Does it install properly for you? If so, does iTunes launch properly now?
If instead you get an error message during the install, let us know what it says. (Precise text, please.) -

Where have you downloaded them, on your computer or on a device (e.g. iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch) ? If on a device then where are you trying to play them - they should be in the Videos app, the iTunes app is just the iTunes store on an iOS device and only contain the store's preview.

I understand that iTunes 10.7 is available, but when I try to download, I still show 10.6. etc. Is this just a matter of the servers being overloaded with requests right now ? TIA
There are intermittent issues reported with iTunes reporting that the update is available, but ASU not showing it as an option to install. (Got that a bit with the last 10.6.x version, too.)
If that's what is going on, I'd try updating your iTunes using an iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64Setup.exe) installer file downloaded from the Apple website:

Using airplay, with Iphone5 latest os, appletv3, I can play videos from youtube and internet just fine, but when I try to play videos bought from Itunes in my "videos" file, it only plays sound, no video. Please advise,,,
I am also having this issue. Hear but not see. I am using the iTunes video app on my iPad to play a show I bought on iTunes. A little pop up box comes up on the lower left of my tv showing the show , I can hear it but not see it. Rebooted Apple TV and iPad. No help.

Because the file are no longer where they were when they were imported into your computer and added to your iTunes Library.
Did you move, rename or delete the files after adding them to your iTunes Library?
Do you use any other programmes, which may have moved, renamed or deleted the files, for example, Windows Media Player?
Were the files added to your computer's hard drive, or to an external drive which is no longer connected, or has a different drive letter now? -
I've downloaded movies from the iTunes store to my iPad but when I want to play them, I get the message... iTunes Store Terms and Conditions... but when I follow the link it still doesn't let me play my movies. What am I doing wrong?
Easy maybe, but a lot of users are used to playing the movies in iTunes on their computers so that is the first place they turn to on the iPad.

I am switching accounts with my brother (long story why) but I need to remove my emails from the Mail application. I removed my Gmail account but when I try to remove my iCloud email it still keeps the emails. Does anyone know to remove a iCloud email?

My docking station wont play my ipod..... the ipod works fine on its own but when I try to play via my hifi I have to put the sound full wack to be able to hear it & its not very lound at all. It does not respond with the remote control either!! The sound is ok if I play CDs & respond to remote control fine... The hifi & docking station are Sony
1) When I go to the apple.com website my computer will either be really slow or freeze my whole system down to where I have to reboot my computer again. This does not happen all the time but when it does operate it is molasses slow.

Issues with finder going out of sync with file images in cover flow.
Hi All,
I'm having issues with files going out of sync with images in cover flow since updating to Mavericks. Typically, if I had for example 10 pictures listed as 1 to 10, if i deleted images 6&7 the images remain in coverflow but the file listings are removed, then if i click on image 7 the file listing of image 8 is highlighted, then to make matters worse, if i click on the file listing for image 9 in shows image 8 in cover flow. To stop this I have to shut down finder and restart it, then the whole thing repeats itself if i delete more images. Its a nightmare when your working with 50 plus images at a time!!! Help!!

Go to Finder and select your user/home folder. With that Finder window as the front window, either select Finder/View/Show View options or go command - J. When the View options opens, check ’Show Library Folder’. That should make your user library folder visible in your user/home folder. Select Preferences/. Move the .plists to your desktop.
Re-launch Finder by loggin out/in and test. If it works okay, delete the plist from the desktop.
If the same, return the .plist to where you got it from, overwriting the newer ones.

You might need to redo the View settings after an update.
If you look at the 'More Like This' box (top right) it seems the Cover Flow view is having problems.
Send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem solved sooner.
