How do I get a refund for downloads I did not authorize?

There is no automatic way to do this because any purchases made with your account are assumed to be authorized by you.  If this involved account hacking you can report it to iTunes Store but purchases made with a credit card should be reported to the card fraud department.

    I subscribed to iTunes iMatch and when I attempted to add my computer and upload my songs it instantly crashed iTunes.  This has occured every time.  I am perfectly pleased with the way things were and just wanted to try iMatch... now I just want to know how to get a refund from apple since I was not able to upload a single song.

    I have a charge on my account and on an email that I did not make I wasn't on the app when it went off I was on a complete different site when I recovered the email 

    Nobody else has access to your account or devices and may have made the purchase - also emails are sometimes delalyed in being sent (I sometimes don't get them until the following day).     My 5-year-old son somehow managed to spend $70 on an in-app purchase.  I don't know how he was able to do it without a password and I want to get a refund.  I can't find anywhere that I can ask for a refund.  I even clicked on the "report a problem" in the receipt that was emailed to me but that didn't get me anywhere.  A child shouldn't be able to purchase items on a game without a password when it takes a password to get free apps.

    I just got a piece of mail about "Total Mobile Protection" . $11 per month on one of my 4 lines.  I never asked for this.  I called Verizon and they said, sorry cant help.   You signed the user agreement at the store!  Wow!  No manager, no escalation path.  They turned it off but how do I get my $18 back?   Nothing but headaches so far with Verizon.  3 of 4 lines required support calls to transfer the lines, and now this.

    I was billed prorated 8$ in November and $11 for December.  I just got the paper mail about "total mobile protection", yesterday and called immediately.  I just called billing support again today and she did credit just $11, (but not the $8.  First she was going to credit the $8 but not the $11) as she wasn't able to prove did or did not agree to this charge. The Verizon rep also asked me why i just got the mail about "total mobile protection" yesterday! How would I know why Verizion waited over a month to send it?  So i guess the default is the customer is wrong.  I don't care about the $ that much but don't like the idea of random charges that can't be refunded. 
    After having to call support 7 times (3 provisioning and 2 different billing issues) and visit the store to fix Verizon mistakes, and Verizon basically telling me I am lying, we are not off to a good start on this new contract.

If you are referring to The Songs Of Innocence album (£7.99) then that was given free to everyone three months ago, and was free until 13th October - you are sure that you've been charged, it's not a temporary store holding charge ? The purchase price should show on your account's purchase history : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store - or http://reportaproblem.apple.com on your iPad.

    I was able to get a refund processed for storage I accidentally purchased by calling the above number ^^.
    It did take me three calls because the system is fully automated and it was difficult speaking an answer to any of the automated questions that would actually get me to a live person - the first time I was automatically hung up on for not replying; the second time I couldn't get past the automated system.  The third time I was finally transferred to a live person; and after being transferred to a second live person it took about 20 minutes to get the refund processed.  I'm hoping it goes through and will be watching my credit card statement closely for the next week.  Apple will call me back a week from today to ensure the refund was processed.
