If the amount of the purchase is close to $21.07, then you need to take into account taxes may be added.
If you go beyond the credit from a gift card the balance will be billed to your credit card account.

I bought my Apple iTunes & Apple AppStore Card's at Best Buy, but when I try to use them I get this error: The Gift Certificate or Prepaid Card code you entered has not Ben properly activated. What did I do wrong or did Best Buy not scan it right! Real Geniuses in that store!

I have changed my Apple ID when I got a new email address and confirmed it. However when I go to my iPad to buy an app my old Apple ID comes up and will not recognize the password. I tried going into the settings on my iPad and tapping on the old Apple ID to go in to change it but it will not recognize it and I cannot get in on the iPad to change it. How do I change this ID on my iPad for the iTunes store?

Are sure that it is not simply asking you to verify your payment info? This is how itunes verifies your account.

I have redeemed points on my account but, when I try to buy a song I tunes doesnt use them it tries to access the credit card associated with the account for payment. How do I tell this thing to use the points instead. duh
By 'redeemed points' I assume that you mean that you've redeemed an iTunes gift card onto your account (?). If you do then are you trying to buy songs for yourself or are you trying to gift them - you can only gift items from a credit card, an account's balance can't be used for gifting. If you are buying for yourseflt and you are being asked to enter/verify a credit card number then are you currently in the country where your iTunes account is based ?

There's always that possibility but I suspect that any Lion purchases today will be just a drop in the bucket. There are a lot of people complaining that their free upgrade redeem codes for ML aren't working so I bet keeping Lion available is way down on Apple's to-do list. -
