why is it that i cannot update my games and such on my cell phone my credit card has been charged twice so i would like to have my money put back on my card

Settings>Store: Tap the AppleID and choose "Sign Out", it will then prompt you to sign in and you can use the new AppleID.
NOTE: Apps must be updated with the AppleID they were purchased under.

You installed a hacked app, originally from the Mac App Store. It contains the receipt for a different app, downloaded using an account that you don't control. You need to identify and remove the hacked app.
Important: The app you need to remove is not necessarily the one named in the App Store alert. For example, if the App Store says you need to update "Twitter," the hacked app may be "Angry Birds" or something else entirely. Don't make any assumptions about which app you're looking for. To find it, you have to carry out a systematic search.
Triple-click anywhere in the line of text below on this page to select it:

Copy the selected text to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C.
In the Finder, press command-F to open a search window, or select
File ▹ Find
from the menu bar. In the search window, select
Search: This Mac
from the row of tokens below the toolbar. Below that is a popup menu initially showing Kind. From that menu, select Other...
A sheet will drop down. In that sheet, select Raw Query and click OK or press return.
Now there will be a text box to the right of popup menu. Click in that box and paste (command-V).
The search window will show all the App Store products you've installed. Compare those search results with the list of your purchases from the App Store. To see the complete list, you may need to unhide hidden purchases. If any apps were download from the App Store using other Apple ID accounts that you control, sign in to the store under each of those ID's and check the purchases.
At least one of the items listed in the search window is not among your purchases in the App Store. Move each such item to the Trash. You may be prompted for your administrator password. Empty the Trash.
Log out and log back in. Test. -

Skip the iCloud sign in for now.
Once you reach the home page, go to settings and sign out of FaceTime and Messages. This should also sign you out of iCloud.
Go to iCloud in settings and sign in with the correct Apple ID.
If that does not work
Skip the iCloud sign in
Go to Apple ID.apple.com and sign in
Change your Apple ID to the old one
Delete iCloud account on your device with the old Apple ID and the same password.
Go back to the website, change your Apple ID back to the current one. You will receive an email to verify the account. Verify first.

i just got my mac book pro and i am trying to log into my app store and iTunes and i try to log in and it keeps saying you need to review your account what does this mean and what should i do
Please provide the full text of the message and describe at which point in the login progress it is displayed.
In the meantime, make sure you're logging in with the same Apple ID and that the new computer is authorized with that iTunes account. -
I accidentally deleted the facebook app off my phone, but it won't let me go into the app store and DL it again it says it's already installed. Does anyone know how I get facebook back???

ever since I updated my iPod software my iPod will not connect to the app store and won't let me download anything. help
Hook it up to your computer and open itunes. try to download hte apps via your computer. Every time you update hte software you have to reagree to the itunes terms of service. Sometimes it's hard to get it to come up on the device, but is easier on a computer.

I'm beginning to feel totally frustrated and functionally illiterate. I've been trying to log into the app store. The apple Id that shows is not the original one I set up when I got my iPad. When I enter the password for the Id that shows, I get the message that I cannot log in. Is there a way for me to change which id shows up?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.Open the App Store app, go to the Featured pane, swipe to the bottom, tap the Apple ID and sign out. Tap again and sign in with the Apple ID of your choosing.

Try logging out of your account on the iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > Store and then log back in and see if it then works.

Why can't I sign into the App Store?
When I try to Sign In into the App Store, it always says that my Apple ID has never been used in the App Store before and that I have to review my information. When I click Review it leads me to create ANOTHER Apple ID! What should I do?
Search the Web for the phrase "My Apple ID." The top hit should be an Apple web page with that title. I'm not posting a direct link because such links are never to be trusted. Sign in and verify the ID.

HT5622 Why can't I sign into the App Store on my phone?
I can't sign into the App Store on my phone? But for some reason I can still download stuff, but I have to log in every time for every little thing.
There is no error message. I try to log in and it looks like it tries to but then it just go's back to the main screen and nothing happens. I can log in on my computer just fine, that is why I don't know what is going on.

I recently downloaded Lion and since have had nothing but problems with my new i-Mac. My problem with the App store is only one issue. Has anyone out there had any trouble with their components after installing Lion 10.7??????? After several hours on the phone with a tech my situation isn't any better. I think the tech is sick of talking with me. He was supposed to call me today and the phone never rang. He told me he was working on something to repair my problems and needed to talk with engineers. How long could that take???? If it wouldn't hurt the person who gifted me this i-Mac, I would give it back.

Leopard is "discontinued" (wait for 2 weeks for it to come through snail mail) and Lion does not exist on DVD for sale... only on new machines or as a download, which means you have to have OS software in the first place. Depends what OS you want and it depend upon the machine you have what you can or cannot run on it.
If you have a Intel processor machine, the best and most stable is Snow Leopard 10.6.
Leopard 10.5 if you have a PowerPC Mac, G4 or G5
Lion 10.7 the latest OS, was just released and has quite a few issues and lots of new strangness, it can be downloaded and installed for $29 online if you have Snow Leopard installed first and updated to 10.6.8. Then Rosetta programs won't work and you need a 64bit Intel processor, not 32 bit.
To find out, download the free MacTracker and see what machine you have and what OS it can handle.

I have previously bout about 30-40 apps from the app store. After a recent update to the newest version of iOS (and a reset back to factory standards), i find that i cant put any of the apps from my iTunes library, back onto my phone!? When i try, it says that the apps location cant be found!? I tried going into the app store and in the app section going into 'Purchaces', in the hope that i could just re-install them from there (because i have already paid for them), but in there, it tells me that there are NO apps in my purchaces list!? This is quite concerning because i have spent quite a bit of money on these apps, that now seem to be un-usable?! Ican still put all my music on my phone through iTunes liuke normal, but Podcasts are doing the same thing as the apps?! Can someone please help me, or suggest what to do because im really getting frustrated. I really like my iPhone, but if this is what is going to keep happening, i think ill change to an Android phone. . . . .

Got it sorted though. Seems that Apple has issues with multiple apple id's.
Seems i had to somehow remember and use the original id i had when i first bought my 1st iPhone. . . .
Even after that it was extremely hard to get my apps back on my PC.
