You can always finish the downloads in iTunes on your computer and then the TV Shows to the iPad. Launch iTunes and go to Store>Check for available downloads. Finish the downloads and then sync the iPad.
As far as trying to finish the downloads on the iPad .....
Make sure that you do not have a stalled download in iTunes - a song or podcast .... if you have a download in there that did not finish, complete that one first. Only one thing can download at a time on the iPad so that could be what is causing the problem.
If that doesn't work - sign out of your account, restart the iPad and then sign in again.
Settings>Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Go back to Settings>Store>Sign in and then try to download again.

Go to Edit > Preferences > Store, and uncheck the box for "Show iTunes in the Cloud purchases."

My new iphone 5 (I'm a new user too) keeps try to send 15 to 20 emails. I think it's always trying to send the same emails that I'm unable to send. It won't stop doing this every time I hit the mail icon. How do I get it to stop? Or, how do I delete those messages so they don't take up my time and space on the phone?

RandyI have the same problem, those "deleted" drafts always appear in notification center.
I don't like the solution by erasing the contents/settings and restoring from backup. I simply "clear" from right corner in notification center, but not sure if that "clear" function is just a cover-up, or it actually deletes those weird drafts. -
I have the iPhone 4, and yesterday I synced my photos onto iTunes, but now I have albums on my phone that cannot be deleted, and there is not an option to delete the items in the albums individually... How do I get rid of these unwanted albums? Using Windows 7.
If you used iTunes to get the photos on the phone, then use the same iTunes and uncheck the music you don't want and do another sync.

I just updated my iTunes, and I need to delete photos from my iPod 4, and there is a Photo Library that synced to my iPod when i plugged it into my computer, and now it doesnt have the option to delete them off my iPod. How do I get rid of these photos? I have read other questions that say to plug the iPod into the computer and like un-sync it, but I downloaded the new iTunes and it doesnt have a photos tab. When I copy a CD onto my macbook pro I sometimes get several songs that are "out" of the album. How do I get them all together in one album? Any help will be much appreciated as I cannot seem to find the solution to this problem in the troubleshooting section of iTunes.
Generally all you need do is give tracks from the same album a common Album Artist. See Grouping tracks into albums. The images need an update but the basic info. still holds.

Just got a new MacMini. Migrated files using Time Machine. However, now, on Launchpad, I see several Firmware updates that were relevant for the old machine, but not for the new one. How do I get rid of these updates? They won't delete!

I have somehow gotten a VPN line added to my settings just below Personal Hotspot. Unless this is turned on I am unable to connect to the interenet. How do I get rid of this VPN?
Your post doesn't mention whether you are getting any errors from your iPod or that it's a case where deleting in the usual ways doesn't work so I'm unsure what your issue is. In normal use, how you delete content from your iPod depends how you have it set to update:
If you are updating automatically then delete the files from the iTunes library and next time you connect they will automatically be deleted from your iPod. Highlight the file and press the delete key on your keyboard, or right click and choose either Clear or Delete, depending on which version of iTunes you are using.
If you are updating manually, connect your iPod and click on the icon when it shows in the iTunes 7 source list click on the chevron (the little triangle) to the left of the iPod icon This will display the various icons for the iPod itself, Music, Movies, TV Shows and Playlists. Click on Music and you'll see the traditional song view. Find the files on your iPod that you want to remove, highlight them and delete directly.
To select multiple items such as all the songs in an album, click on the first track in the list hold down the shift key and click on the last track to highlight the selection. Then press the delete key.
To summarise, you start by highlighting the song/video/selection in either the iTunes library or on the iPod song list as displayed in iTunes then press the delete key on your keyboard: Deleting songs or playlists from your iPod -

Thhere is no way that iPhoto did that - either source put the data on the photo, you used a photo editor to put it there or the receiving e-mail client is displaying it there - iPhoto has no capability to add any text including dates to a photo
iPhoto will display the date on an event while viewing photos if you have that option set in the preferences

I use Google. My browser is set with Google.ca as my homepage and Google is my default search engine.
For a while I was getting messages asking me if I wanted to know how to make Yahoo my defaults...I managed to get rid of that crap...
But now I get bars popping up at the top of my screen asking me if I want to switch to Google...either my homepage or my default search engine...toss-up which one will come up when I open my browser.
Even though everything is set for Google I still get these obnoxious pushed "suggestions".
How do I get rid of these?
Right now it's looking like using IE is the only way...You will get them on IE. I suggest you also contact Google support, as this is also a problem on their end. I too have everything set to Google on both Firefox, Opera, IE, and Chrome and the only one not getting the annoying banners is surprising Google Chrome.

Hi Ive moved photos but they appear as duplicates in iPhoto. When you try and open them it says Photo can't be found. I have thousands. How do I get rid of these images?
Also I have many duplicate photos (from backups) It would be great to be able to remove all duplicates at one time, like in Itunes.

Are you running a Managed or a Referenced Library?
A Managed Library, is the default setting, and iPhoto copies files into the iPhoto Library when Importing. The files are then stored in the Library package
A Referenced Library is when iPhoto is NOT copying the files into the iPhoto Library when importing because you made a change at iPhoto -> Preferences -> Advanced. (You unchecked the option to copy files into the Library on import) The files are then stored where ever you put them and not in the Library package. In this scenario you are responsible for the File Management. -

They will only be where you put them If you are doing the very basics, then they will be on your computer and they will be in your backup copy of your computer.
The itunes store is not global at all, never has been. You cannot redownload your content from another country. You can only use the countrys itunes store for the country that you are physically located. -

If it does work in Safe-mode then disable all your extensions and then try to find which is causing it by enabling one at a time until the problem reappears.
You can use "Disable all add-ons" on the [[Safe mode]] start window to disable all extensions.

I bought the Tiger woods 12 game for my ipad and also paid the 19.99 for the $2M. It has crashed my ipad a few times and when it restarted last time, it had no history of my progress or the $2M. How do I get my history back or my money back for the game and the in-game expenses?
The only one that can issue a PUK code is a carrier, which you've already made clear you don't have.
If itunes does not recognise your ipad that may be another issue. What version OS is on your computer and what steps did you follow to uninstall itunes and then reiinstall itunes on your computer?
And, do you at least see the sidebar on the left hand side of itunes?
