HT3986 I initially alotted 20gb for the windows 7 operaig system, as I install additional PC based programs (just a few), will i need to increase the size of the 20 GB partition, or is this done automatically by the system?
I initally alotted 20GB for a Windows 7 operating system using Boot Camp. As I intend to add a few more PC based programs will the size if the partition that I set up be expanded, or is this something I need to do manually. Or is the sapce required by the programs and thier data based sit out side of the 20 B partition that I choose in the Boot Camp set-up process?
20G is far too small (think minimum 60G) and it will not automatically resize.
Either remove it now and make a larger space or purchase Paragon Camptune, you can resize the installation safely with it.

According to your description, could you please post the summary and detail logs for further analysis? By default, the logs can be found in: C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\100\Setup Bootstrap\Log.
Usually, the error occurs when the Windows Installer Service is not running or the Windows Installer registry settings are corrupted. I recommend you reset the Windows Installer Service settings in the registry and restart the Windows Installer Service,
then reinstall SQL Server 2008 R2. For more details, please review this similar

My iPad conveys that it is disabled, and that I need to connect to iTunes. When I connect to iTunes I get a message that I need to enter my pass code and open my Ipad, but I don't get the scree with the number board to open with a password. How do I fix this?
You will need to restore it. The sidebar of your iPad appears on itunes even if you dont enter the passcode. There's the option to restore it. More info:

Maybe you can help. I haven't been able to resolve this one "small" problem which is preventing me from rolling out iWS6.0 SP2. I'm looking to use Bootcamp on my iMac 24". If I download Windows 7 from the Windows website, can I properly install it to my Mac? Do I need the disks instead?
I'm hoping to download it from their website because I can pay $30 for the student discount instead of $119...When burning the .iso file to a disc restrict the burn-speed to 2x
Otherwise the disc will most likely not work.
It's a common phenomenon on Macs.

my macbook pro 2009, was stored in a Speck case and rubbermaid stoage tote that was left in a RV over the winter in WI that sat outside all winter. These ones are typically caused by underlying problems on the PC that also often cause Windows Updates to fail to install. If we can fix the Windows Update trouble, we can usually get the iTunes trouble cleaned up en passant.
Go into your Windows update and try to check for new updates. If updates install, stock up on the ones you're behind on, restarting the PC if requested to do so. After the restart, try installing iTunes again. Does it go through this time for you?
If windows updates fail to install, go into your Update History and doubleclick the failures. What alphanumeric codes appear for you? (For example, 8007000B.) -
