I just bought an iPod touch 4th generation and I cannot buy any app, everytime i try, the sistem keep asking me security questions I cannot answer, pelase help. This never happened with my old iPod 3rd generation.

Been purchasing in app items for over 3 years and probably had 4-6 times that it would not let me purchase something. normally it would take me to my account and i would have to re-add the CVC number on the back of my credit card. This time i tried purchasing an in app item and it said:
Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed. For assistance, contact iTunes Support at www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww/.
Does anyone know how to fix this? Its happening on my iPad mini 4G. I can purchase it on my iphone but ipad is not responding. thanks,

Launch the Keychain Access application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Keychain Access in the icon grid.
From the menu bar, select
Keychain Access ▹ Preferences ▹ Certificates
There are three menus in the window. Change the selection in the top two to Best attempt, and in the bottom one toCRL. Log out, log back in, and test.

Cannot purchase through App Store

I was playing brave frontier Trying to purchase gems but my card kept getting declined due to credit card expiration, so I updated my account with my new credit card and also check my bank account for sufficient fund which I Do have. it was still declining my card. After trynig a couple of times, they wouldn't let me purchase no more. it said I am suppose to contact itune support. Which I called them and waited 20min for a rep Which took too long. How can I fix this? Please help. Thanks

Is the new card a "Debit" card? I have read here that the App Store has stopped accepting Debit cards. This is borne out by this Apple document where Debit card is NOT present:

HT201304 The 'off' and 'on' buttons in 'enable restrictions' are very confusing. Does 'off' mean that one cannot purchase in-app purchases?

In the Restrictions window, does an 'ON' button mean that a feature IS restricted, or does it mean that it IS NOT restricted? I thought that the in-app purchases button was set to 'OFF', but my grandson was able to purchase an in-app purchase without my password. Yikes!
