There is no "Less used Apps" area or anything like that.

You can add more images to your book, by dragging them from the browser to your book album. Switch to the Library Inspector, select the album or project with the images in the source list, and then drag these images onto the book icon. That will add them to the book album, and then double click the book album again to continue working with the book.

You have two separate questions here...
To get all your music into one playlist, select Music in the sidebar and click the Songs view at the top. Then, highlight all the songs and drag them into your playlist.
I don't know if it's possible to download all Purchased content (or do you mean iTunes Match content?) at once; try a few Google searches.

You have a couple of options:
Open the photos one at a time and take a screenshot. This will add a new low resolution copy of the photo to the camera roll, which will then upload to your photo stream;
Email the photos one at a time to yourself, then save the attached photos to your camera roll. This will add a copy of the photo at full resolution to your camera roll and upload to photo stream;
Use an app like PhotoSync, which will allow you to wirelessly transfer copies of all your old photos to your computer all at once. Then delete these photos from your camera roll and use PhotoSync to transfer them back from your computer to your camera roll. These will be the original resolution and will upload to your photo stream. (You need an app like this because iTunes will not transfer photos back to your camera roll, where they must be in order to add to your photo stream.)

How do I add Books tab in library on mac iTunes. I m using mac iTunes version 11.1.5 and I could not find books option in its preferences. I have .pdf file to add in.
I managed having Books option in Devices << my iPad but I cannot manage to have in library. Also I went through app on my devices and I could not find iBooks app.

Okay so I have that option in tabs up to the right. However, I cannot find option to add a book to sync. I am attaching screenshot. First screenshot is for a book that I want to add and second screenshot is where I dont able to add book to. Also ignore the book that appears in second screenshot. But because there is no books in Library sidebar in the same place where you can see Music and Movies are the only options I have, and if I have books option there then definitely I can sync. so thanks for trying but I am still looking for a solution...

Connect the old phone to your computer, right click on it in iTunes, and choose Transfer Purchases. That should put all of your music in iTunes except any tracks that were not purchased from iTunes. If you have any such you will have to retrieve them from the original source, or see: https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-3141.
Apple also has this tip for copying data from an old phone to a new one.

I do not know if this will work but you can try. Place the image you want on a storage site like Imageshack or Photobucket. Then make a link to it in your signature using (img_src="put the url of your image here"). This may work at least when you have an active data connection - wifi or cellular
