I'd like to doublecheck the malware possibilities with another malware scanner.
Try downloading and installing the free version of Malwarebytes AntiMalware. Update your MBAM definitions and then run a full scan of the PC. (Takes about 2 hour on my Lenovo.)

i have been trying to download and intsall the latest version of i tunes, however i tunes will not install because quicktime is not up to date. I have downloaded the version of the proper quicktime update but it will not install. i need suggestions on how to fix this. this is my first mac its an old ibook g4, and i have limited computer knowledge.

the podcasts that I have subscribed to via itunes have stopped downloading/syncing. I see new podcasts on the podcasts website but they are not listed on my list of itunes podcasts, nor do they show up when I sync to an iPod. any ideas, thanks joanlvh

- Delete all podcasts and resync/redownload
To delete all podcasts go to Settings>General>Usage>Storage>Music>Tap edit in upper right and then tap the minus sign by All Podcasts
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

Since upgrading to the newest version of ios 8, I can no longer share my photos on facebook. I have tried going to settings-privacy-photos, but the facebook app does not show up for me to change the settings. Any suggestions?
when you opened the shared library with the newer version of iPhoto (iPhoto '11) you were given a warning that your library would be converted and could not be used by older versions - you clicked ok to go ahead - there is no updo available - either upgrade to iphoto '11 of the MBP or load your backup of the iPhoto '09 library on it - older versiopns of i{Photo can not read newer libraries

Upon sync or backup, I receive the message, "iTunes could not back up the iPhone "iPhone name" because and error occurred. I have deleted my backup file and tried another computer, with no success. Also, the bluetooth function stopped working.

I see you are having issues with backing up you iPhone and have tried a couple troubleshooting steps. There are a couple more steps I could recommend in the article below.

Every time I try to access my emails on microsoft outlook I get a message from windows that mobileme services have stopped working. windows then tries to find a solution and says mobileme is not installed correctly. When I try to repair or uninstall via the control panel my pc cannot find the route????? I do have an iphone and ipad. What can I do?

So you are saying it works ok as long as you avoid certain pages such as this Forum. That makes me wonder if it could be malware that is blocking access to assistance.Run malwarescans with multipe and up-to-date tools.
Sometimes a problem with Firefox may be a result of malware installed on your computer, that you may not be aware of.

I downladed a game then i bought some gold on the game using a credit card. Now when I try to retrieve the gold it says I have to verify then download it. It will not let me. Any suggestions?
I was receiving the same error message yesterday, which said There was a problem downloading "The Song Name / Album / Artist". The file seems to be corrupted. To redownload the file, choose "Check for Available Downloads" from the Store menu. The file tries to download five times before this error message appears.
I too, tried to find the file and delete it, but it was no where to be found.
So I gave up for that moment and tried again today and I was able to successfully download the file. Amazing how that works!!! -

I used to be able to click on a .PDF document and read it directly within Firefox ... since the latest upgrade, that feature doesn't seem to work ... now, I have to download the document and read it locally ... any fixes ???Go to Options>Applications>click on, in your case, Adobe Acrobat entries and select "Use Adobe Acrobat(in Firefox)" or as you wish.
