HT4623 I installed the new update to my ipad and now it is frozen on "itunes logo plug in". Can't shut it down. What now?

I installed the most recent update to my iPad and now it is frozen on the "itunes logo plug in" screen. It won't shut down and restart. Fixes?

Try a Reset...
Reset  ( No Data will be Lost )
Press and Hold the Sleep/Wake Button and the Home Button at the Same Time...
Wait for the Apple logo to Appear...
Usually takes about 15 - 20 Seconds... ( But can take Longer...)
Release the Buttons...
If no joy...
Make sure you have the Latest Version of iTunes (v11) Installed on your computer
iTunes free download from www.itunes.com/download
Then...
1)  Connect to iTunes on the computer you usually Sync with and Restore

2)  If necessary Place the Device into Recovery mode...

Note on Recovery Mode.
You may need to try this More than Once...
Be sure to Follow ALL the Steps...
Once you have Recovered your Device...
Re-Sync your Content or Restore from the most Recent Backup...
