HT4623 I updated my iPad 2 to ios7 but I need to know how to uninstall ios7 & re-install ios6. Help would be appreciated.
I would like to reinstall ios6 to my iPad 2. I allowed the ios7 update a week or so and can't find a reinstall your ios backup to ios6.

I was given an iPad a couple of weeks ago and had just got used to it.
Now it changes.
I don't have time to spend trawling through whatever to find pre-launch examples that I don't know about.
This is my first apple product and I trusted them to deliver a satisfactory upgrade.
In my, limited, view, they haven't.
If the problem emanates from the "upgrade", whether technical or aesthetic, then it is Apple's problem.
If the problems emanate from misuse, then it is not Apple.
Judging by the number of comments on this and other forums, there are a significant number of people with issues.
The best companies listen to feedback and learn from it, then they do "sort it out". Those that don't, lose market share.
As for me, I didn't want an iPad in the first place, it doesn't offer me that many advantages in what i do, and if using it isn't a good experience, i'll just go back to pencil and paper.

I'm sorry, had you already pointed out the rules which stated that lines from 2 separate accounts were eligible??? I don't see anywhere in the advertisement specifically stating that lines from 2 separate accounts would be eligible, so THAT is not what's advertised, either.
As far as I know Verizon's BOGO offers have ALWAYS been for lines on the same account. Possibly someone could chime in where they have received this offer on 2 separate accounts? The ONLY exception to this was someone getting the offer with 2 eligible lines on their account, reactivating the old phone on one of the lines and then giving one of the new phones to someone on another account.

I don't see that you had a paid FormsCentral account. Were you using the free account? If so, you should still have access to the form until FormsCentral is retired on July 28 2015,
Are you able to log in? Or do you get an error when you try to log in to your account? Please try clearing the browser cache, or logging in via a different browser.

I just got a retro clock from brookstone and in setting it up it asked if I want to use current location which is incorrectly "Buffalo" but I do not know how to change it. Can anyone help me find where to change location?
As I understand it, Apple gets your location from the wi-fi router to which your iPod is connected. Location Services identifies the router and then checks for its location in Apple's database. If the router has been recently relocated or if there is a glitch in Apple's database, you will get an incorrect location. I don't think that there is anything you can do about it. You could send Apple a message about the error, but I doubt if they would do anything about it.

I have a Wifi only ipad that I bought 2 years ago. The light on it does not work anymore, I want a new Ipad Wifi only but I don't know if apple still has them and how much would it be.
Apple don't do trade-ins, they will only potentially replace your iPad with one of the same generation/spec - in the US that will be $249 for the iPad 2, and $299 for the iPad 3 and 4 (and Air).
Or (and if it's offered in your country) you might be able to get something for it from Apple via their recycling programme e.g. in the US : http://www.apple.com/recycling/ . -

If you are currently running an iOS lower than 5.0, connect to your computer & click on the "Update your device using iTunes".
iPad Tip - You may need to disable your firewall and anitvirus software temporarily. Then download and install the iOS update. Be sure and backup your iPad before the iOS update. After you update to iOS 6.x, the next update can be installed via wifi (i.e., not connected to your computer).

I am advised that my latest update has not been installed. When I click on requesting installation a box appears asking if I want to save the file. I have answered yes and the file is saved. Despite this installation does not occur automatically and the directions state that if it doesn't I should "click here" which I do and the same box asking if I want to save the file continuously appears. I went into the general question area and see that I need to '''install''' it but I don't see anyway to do so.

How did you buy Mountain Lion? In order to buy it, you need to have access to the Mac App Store which is part of Snow Leopard (10.6.6 minimum or 10.6.8 current).

It's possible. Just create a second target of the appropriate type and then change the "Base SDK" build setting. Then make sure to add all the necessary files. If you want to build both at the same time, create an aggregate target. So my mean you have to maintain two targets one for iPhone / iPad and Mac also....... May be it helpful to you......

This is wrong to a user. Others could not enter this URL and get access to the website using this information. This is what I meant by "wrong"--its NOT the IP address that the user should use to view/use the web site. The software already knows its using DHCP, etc., so it should know to present the modem's IP and from memory in the past it did. As a wrote earlier, I used to be able to just copy the IP address given.
What Apple probably need are two statements:
To view this computer’s website from the local network use ...
To view this computer’s website from the internet use ...
Even, then I'd question the use of 10.1.1.4. -
Hello! I have a question. Unfortunately my phone is being very coherent. So, every time I touch Messages on main screen, it leads me there but my screen is horizontal rather than vertical. How do I fix the rotation to put vertically so I can read my messages? Help please!
It's possible that the orientation is locked in landscape (horizontal) mode. You wouldn't notice that on the home screen as it only displays in portrait (vertical mode) but would see it when you open messages. Open Control Center (on the home screen swipe up with one finger from below the bottom of the screen); orientation lock is at the far right of the top row -- looks like a lock with circular arrow around it. The same icon will display on the menu bard when orientation is locked.
