It may take a while to veryify the update, and even longer to actually download it. Some people at my school updated their OS in study hall, while others were having the same problem you were. Same thing happened with my iPhone 4S - no one is any help. Thanks Apple for such a crappy update! I've called Apple, they say the SIM card needs replacing, I go to my service provider they tell me nothing wrong with the SIM card - provider tells me I now need a new phone. Sheesh! Cconnect it to your computer with the latest version of iTunes installed.

Try rebooting it and connect. Make sure you're connected directly to a USB port using the Apple USB cable.

It stayed like that for a while and the bar didn't move. I needed to use my phone so I tried to make it go to the home screen, but nothing happened. I held down the lock and home button for a few seconds and everything went black. I tried to turn it back on and all it has done all day is stayed on the turning on screen. I tried plugging it into the wall, and nothing happened. I tried connecting it to iTunes, and nothing happened. I don't know what I need to do to get it to work.

I see that you are getting the error code " 0xc19a0022 " .
I do have a few steps that we can try.
First off, please make sure that you have the printer power cable connected directly to a wall outlet and not a power bar/strip. Here is a document that uses a LaserJet printer as an example but it is meant for HP products in general. Please click on the following link that explains the Issues when Connected to an Uninterruptible Power Supply/Power Strip/Surge Protector.
I have also located a document that deals with a 'Problem with Printhead,' 'Printer Failure,' 'Ink System Failure,' or a '0x...' or a 'C2...' Error ...

Your phone has entered recovery mode. You will need to connect it to a computer with iTunes and restore it to factory settings. Hopefully you have a backup (either iTunes or iCloud) to restore from.

When you set up a voicemail redirection, usually you have to remove that redirection from the account that redirected it. Like Google Voice, if you activate Google Voice to receive your voicemail, you will have to log into voice.google.com to turn it off. If you contact your carrier, they can tell you exactly what program has taken over your voicemail functionality just in case you are stuck, but if you know the name of that App, I'm sure you will be able to figure it out. Hope this helps you out.

CLIENT_TEXT_IO.fopen will not work Error

I keep getting the following -
WebUtil Error: oracle.forms.webutil.file.FileFunctions bean not found. CLIENT_TEXT_IO.fopen will not work.
Nothing I have found on any forum threads has helped me resolve this issue. I believe it has to do w/ configuration. The error occurs in my Development Suite environment I have set up on my laptop. The webutil set up on the Application Server seems to be fine.
I've checked both default.env and formsweb.cfg and both seem to be set correctly. I have the webutil.pll attached to the forms and the webutil.olb in the object library.
I'm using WebUtil 1.0.6 on Oracle 10g (9.0.4).
If anyone has any guidance on this issue, your help is appreciated.

Since updating to ios 7 my camera on the back of phone will not work,

I updated to ios 7 yesterday and now the camera on the back of my 4s will not work, it freezes, i downloaded other camera apps but still no joy, the camera on the front of phone works fine but the rear is gubbed, can anyone help or is this a case of waiting for update to fix the bugs and if it is why oh why was this update released when faults were known

my 4s was in os6 and when os7 first released, i have updated it. during update from os6 to os7 after 98% my wifi got disconnected and then phone automatically restarted. since then my back camera is not working. front on is working perfectly. after that i reinstall os7 properly following step by step procedure but no positive result came out.
then i tried to change the camera with a new one but still with new camera the problem is same. then they used my camera in some other 4s and it is working fine. now i dont know what to do.
right now using os7.1.2
please advise.

I am sorry to hear that you are having problems with your device after changing your cellphone number. Please power your device off completely and back on. While the device is off please remove your SIM card. Once back on your phone will work.
