There are two places where vibrations can be set.
One is the Settings > Sounds
The other area is Settings > Notifications
If you have an app set to Alert, it may have a vibration set for it.

You have to check with your carrier. I know Verizon you can log in and block calls.
You can not selectively do this on the phone.

Hold the home button and the Sleep/Wake button ignoring the slide to power off message until the phone turns off then you can repower it by pressing and holding the sleep/wake button for a few seconds until the apple logo appears.

The iPad receives Text Messages through Apple's iMessage feature. Make sure this is turned on on your phone. Also, text messages received at your phone number are not shared with the iPad. Make sure that iMessage texts are being sent to your EMAIL ADDRESS

You just add that info for SMTP settings

You can not retrieve a deleted message that was not synced.
There are data recovery services that "may" be able to retrieve the message.
These recovery services can cost $1000 or more though.

That looks like a JSON bookmarks backup file, from 11-01-2012. Did you try '''restoring''' that file?

Never messed with JSON files other than viewing them on a few occasions out of curiosity. There are no line breaks which make them very difficult to read.
As far as working with that file in {like} NotePad goes:
A. use Find / Search for each indecent of a '''"uri"''' string, then "copy and paste" the uri into another text file, and then move on to the next "uri" string.
B. use a text program where a filter can be set for the "uri" field in the JSON file for a line break or to "scrape out" the "uri"s only for display or export to a list of uri's.
Or try using an online JSON editor like this, to try to display only the "uri" field.

I send out about 40 text messages every week but when someone responds to me it goes to everyone else that I sent message to I never had this problem sending out group text before I got Iphone I called Verizon but they were not very helpful. How do I fix this very frustrating for my friends and me.

Tomatoe, I've had this issue with my device and understand how frustrating it is when the message that is meant for you is seen by others. YOU have the option to turn your group texting off but the person sending the message reply back to you will need to turn their group texting off so that it does not go to everyone. I will list the steps to turn your group texting off but I recommend having the person who is sending you a reply to turn their off.
1) Click Settings
2) Click Messaging
3) Slide the Bar from on/off for Group Texting

i need help.. i can't receive call because my friends told me i'm always out of coverage area even if i have signal and full battery. then when i receive text messages after 2-3hrs. i already do the troubleshooting http://www.apple.com/support/iphone/troubleshooting/calls/. any suggestions? or do you have the same case? what did you do? and by the way, i already upgrade my sim. so what's the possible cause of this case?

For Instagram you can try and uninstall and reinstall the app and see if that fixes it. But if not you can try and resetting all settings, Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings.
