My iPhone downloaded the iOS7, but when it came to the part where I had to install it. It said it had to verify the update. But it keeps on saying that it's not available at this time and to try again later. I tried an hour later, and then another.

I would try a couple things.
First restart the phone nad then try to update it again.
Restarting your device
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.

If that doesnt work then I would go ahead and update the phone through iTunes on your computer.

Correct. An app can only be updated under the Apple ID that was used to orginally acquire the app. If that is a problem you can delete the app and download again under the new userid. If you paid for the app you will have to pay again. Your old Apple ID does not go away so there is no reason to not use it to download the apps.
You cannot delete the apps that came with IOS. If you want to "hide" the apps simply put the apps into an application folder by dragging one app onto another. You can do this to all the IOS apps.

There won't be an update for Lightroom 4. The only way you can work with your D750 raw files is to use the free standalone DNG converter to create DNG copies. If you want to be able to work on the NEF files then you will have to upgrade to Lightroom 5. Lightroom does not use the Camera Raw plug-in. Everything is part of the Lightroom program. If you want to stay current with Lightroom then you need to follow the update/upgrade path. That means purchasing each new major version of Lightroom or subscribing to the creative cloud plan.

That one's consistent with disk/file damage. The first thing I'd try with that is running a disk check (chkdsk) over your C drive.

Select both Automatically fix file system errors and Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors, or use chkdsk /r (depending on which way you decide to go about doing this). You'll almost certainly have to schedule the chkdsk to run on startup. The scan should take quite a while ... if it quits after a few minutes or seconds, something's interfering with the scan.
Does the chkdsk find/repair any damage? If so, can you get an install to go through properly afterwards?

Sometimes the Adobe servers used for the updates can get busy and it’s necessary to try a couple of times. Also make sure you don’t have a firewall which may be blocking the connection. It sometimes helps to temporarily disable internet security/anti-virus software. Because the Organizer is shared by both programs it often helps to do the PSE update first, followed by the PRE update in that order.
Select the 12.1 update for PSE from the updater dialog and ensure everything else is unchecked. Quit PSE and PRE if you have it running and then start the update.
If PSE updates properly to 12.1 repeat the process for PRE.

The D610 didn't get out-of-the-box RAW support until Photoshop CC.
You can either upgrade to CC or use the DNG Converter to convert and open your DNGs in CS5.

It does, under certain circumstances. If you are playing music and lock the phone or it locks on its own, when you wake it up, the album art will show. If you are already running iOS 5 on your iPad go to Setrings>General>aoftware Update and you can update over the air via WiFi. If you are not running iOS 5 you have to connect the iPad to your computer and update via iTunes.

Hi Susan. I hope there's a better 'fix' coming to replace this "uninstall the updates, restore, then reinstall the updates after the restore". This kind of workaround requires that all of us remember that there's a problem
with KB3023562 and KB3004375 from now until the end of WS2012E. Not sure I'll remember this 6 months from now when the problem crops up during a restore. -:(
