HT4623 tried to up grade my i-pad to ios7, now i have ended up with a white  condition notice on my i-pad with a grey back ground which is find my ipad ios7, i cannot seem to move any further

Tried to upgrade my i-pad to a ios7, i have now ended up wth a white square on my i-pad which states CONDITIONS, this is on top of a grey back ground which is titled FIND MY I-PAD IN IOS7, this is were i cannot get any further, even though i press agree on the conditions

First thing to try is to reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart.
