I believe that when you reset your ipod(command given from the computer, right?) touch WHILE the ipod was updating, It cleared the system in the middle of writing files, thus corrupting(equivalent of cutting of in the middle of a sentence) the basic running system.
I suggest you go to an apple store and ask for a technical diagonosis in person. they may offer to help if the problem is fixable. If your ipod is still under warrenty, i would guess it would be free/low cost.

RegardsI have also noticed the same "problem". I do not fully understand the impact of using the same ID on multiple computers and devices if I want to keep them all in sync.

My icloud apple ID had been disabled after icloud services downgraded my 18Gb documents in the cloud to 5Gb. I received an email from icloud services a couple of months after i upgraded my icloud storage (on Sept30th) saying that my billing info was wrong. In fact my credit card was outdated so i updated my credit I can't updated now because when i try to do it i get a message saying that my ID is disabled. Can you help me?? My husband received a message saying that there was an upgrade for FF Mozilla, so he proceeded to upgrade. After doing so he received a message saying we didn't have permissions. I took the laptop to the Geeks at Best Buy and was told that it was a software issue. We just want to get back to our previous version but can't do that either.
Do a clean (re-)install:
* Download a fresh Firefox copy and save the file to the desktop.
* Firefox 4.0.x: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all.html
* Uninstall your current Firefox version and remove the Firefox program folder before installing that copy of the Firefox installer.
* Do not remove personal data if you uninstall the current version.
* It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.
Your bookmarks and other profile data are stored elsewhere in the [http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_folder_-_Firefox Firefox Profile Folder] and won't be affected by a reinstall, but make sure that you do not select to remove personal data if you uninstall Firefox.

How can I download and use Filezilla using Snow Lion? When I try to open this application, the system tells me that I can not do this.
HelpWhat is it you're trying to do and what is the exact message? Are you trying to download the installer from the web site? Or have you downloaded the application and cannot run it? If the latter, and the message you're getting is that the application is from an unidentified developer, control-click on the app and choose "open".
There is no "Snow Lion" by the way. 10.8.x is Mountain Lion.

The problem you got into is a known problem after updating to Tiger. It is a small 4K file that gets trashed with the update. It is called the Adobe Unit Types. Both Photoshop and Photoshop Elements need this file to function.
One way to get it back is to reinstall Photoshop, the other is to add this file again.

As you trashed Photoshop, you need to completely deinstall it to be able to reinstall it. -
All I did was tap the red message+ icon on the home page and I got this as one of the messages. I do not know where to go to grant the desired permission.
Congratulations on your new phone Gramps5019! Let's make sure we fix this asap. All you have to do is go to Settings from your phone, the More>Select 'Default SMS App' and choose "Messages" instead of "Messages ". This will fix it.
