Get them back from where?
They will only be where you put them.
If you used photo stream, then look for them there.
If you imported them to your computer, then they will be there.
If you did not put them anywhere but your iPhone, then they are gone.

First time to sync iphone 4 to computer and I have accidently deleted all my photos and contacts! All the photos from my computer are now in albums on my iphone. Any help in how to get back deleted photos and contacts would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the reply. I restored from backup but now all photos from computer are gone, plus messages since yesterday etc.!

I am having a big problem I tried to use a back up but that didn't work out well.

You should be importing all pics and vids taken with iphone regularly as you would with any digital camera, most especially before any update or restore
If you failed to do this, then they are very likely gone.
All you can do is try a restore from backup

Dear Apple Users and Support,
I recently did an idiotic thing and managed to turn one of my mail boxes where I collected mail from 2-3 of my friends totally into junk. I remember highlighting all the message and was attempting to move them to a new mailbox/folder but then accidentally hit JUNK. Nothing happened so I assumed that I was alright. But when I opened my MAIL app yesterday I noticed all those messages were gone. I'm assuming they were marked as JUNK and due to my settings erased them when I quit the program.
So my question is, how can I get those letters back? I had time machine back up about a week ago. Which would mean I would only lose like 5-6 messages total in the end. Is there a way I can use TIME MACHINE to get a specific inbox back in my MAIL?
Also, my other option I think is because I pull my mail from the Gmail server and I leave the mail in Gmail, I might be able to pull all the messages that are still sitting on Gmail with the addresses that I need. Is there a way I can tell my MAIL to get all the messages from certain addresses off the server again from Gmail? I assuming there's a parameter that shuts down after retrieving the mail the first time, because otherwise it would constantly pull the same messages off the gmail server.
Finally, for the past year, my MAIL app has been acting up, and I can never "Quit" out of it as normal. I usually have to Force Quit out of Mail to shut it down. Like 90% of the time it wont' shut down without me Force Quitting it. Any suggestions to stop this problem?

In your case, immediately stop using this phone memory card in case of further data loss and then, try to use take chances with some data recovery programs.
I have ever had some data recovery success with the guidance of this video tutorial.
Of course, also learn a lesson to make data backups all the time.

I don't know what you did, but try right clicking on the iPhoto Library and "show package contents" there should be a folder inside called Originals, Finder > duplicate that and move OriginalsCopy out (peak inside it using Preview to view) and close the iPhoto Library window.
Once that is done and your files are safe then try rebuilding your iPhoto database

It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your comuter for just such an occasion. Use your backup copy to put everything back.
If you have failed to backup ( not good), then you can transfer itunes purchases form an ipod: File>Transfer Purchases.

i enabled the invisible file using the terminal,than connected the ipod, opened its folder going to ipodcontrol>device>trainer>workout>empeds than the third folder in my case it was named:"5C9435N3VSX" than found the course i wanted to upload again in synched folder and copied it in the folder named "latest".I also erased some library files but i think that it's not necessary.I suggest a backup copy, i'm not responsible for what you do.When i erased some library i lost association between my ipod and my itunes, so i had to synchronize it again copying all music in it again.I suggest to disable the invisible file view immediately after you finish.
to see invisible file go to the terminal and digit:
defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles -bool true
than restar the finder
to remove invisible file option go to the terminal and digit:
defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles -bool false

There is no way to make the phone unusable unless the carriers in your country support IMEI blacklisting, and not all countries require this, nor do all carriers support such, e.g-in the US there is no blacklisting. If you had MobileMe & the "Find my Phone" feature was turned on, you could actually locate your phone, remote wipe it or send a message, otherwise, you're out of luck.

The Camera Roll is included in device backups, if you backup to iTunes or iCloud. If the missing photos have been stored in the Camera Roll, restore your iPhone from the last backup you made before the upgrade to iOS 8.

You were already provided the answer. If you do not have a backup of the phone while the photos were on the phone, they are gone. When you restore your phone from an old backup, anything that has been saved to the phone since that backup is deleted. Sorry.
