If you are only seeing part of your content on your new computer with Home Sharing (for example, new purchases automatically downloaded with Automatic Transfer), you may need to manually transfer the remaining files via Home Sharing. You may find the following article helpful:

there's no advantage to having the application on your external drive, you should leave it in your applications folder on your internal drive. if you insist on changing the app's location, you'll always have to then copy the app by hand to the external drive

You don't need the iTunes app. If you can't connect to your computer that's not the reason. You connect using iTunes on your computer. Your computer must be running Snow Leopard for an iPhone 5.

I'm having the same issue, trying to move my itunes account to a new country is being a huge pain. The only way you can cancel your subscription to Itunes Match is by contacting Apple support. Having said this, Apple support emailed last night stating that it is not currently possible to cancel my subsription to iTunes Match! And they have no estimated time on resolving this issue.
I suggest, if you haven't already done so, that you check out the conditions and limitations of moving your itunes account to a new country, plenty of information on this topic in the forums.

How can I print a completed form, where there are boxes with scrolling capabilities?

There are text boxes within the form that allow people to input more information in the space provided, so the boxes allow for scrolling. I am wanting to print a completed form, all of it, but the text boxes only print what is visible.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to print the whole form with the complete options. Only selected text can be printed in a form, as printing the document makes it flat.

What do you mean by 'refusing from the system', if you are getting an error message then what does it say ?
For a credit card to have a chance of being accepted it needs to be registered to the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, and have been issued by a bank in the country where you and your iTunes account are. If it is and if you are getting a 'declined' message then you could check with the card issuer to see if it's them that are declining it, and if not then try contacting iTunes Support (these are user-to-user forums) and see if they know why it's being declined : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
If when trying to download you are getting a message about a 'problem with a previous purchase' then that implies that iTunes wasn't able to collect the money for your last purchase. To update your phone requires using the latest version of iTunes, on your computer, as well as Internet access. Delete the broken links in iTunes then look at your purchased list to redownload.
If this happened because you were deleting files from the iTunes folder in Finder, don't. You have to let iTunes do all the deleting and moving or you will end up with broken links.

As you have 10.5.8 you need to upgrade to at least 10.6.6 to get the App Store as this was the 1st version it came with.
A workaround is to get a friend who has 10.6.6 or better to download Lion for you without installing it. You can create an App Store account on the friend's computer I think to do this. Copy the Lion installer from that computer to a USB stick or burn it to DVD and you should be able to install it on your own computer, I think. You might have to create an empty partition on your own computer first for Lion installation as I'm not sure that it will install over Leopard.
