I have an Itunes account balance but I had to erase and reset my phone and have forgotten all my previous access info. I have set up a new user and password but how do I find my old accunt. I haven't changed my phone.
Update to what? The 3G you want to update? You have ios3 or 4 on that 3G?

Make a backup of your stuff (from the phone. apps/photos/music/blabla). Update your phone. The phone will restore the backup automatically.

Thanks. I messed up with my husbands iphone because I was told the wrong thing. Now everytime I sync his phone it makes it look just like the other phone I had. I can not get apps that cost $. I can get songs and free aps but not those that cost $. I have funded iTunes account. When I try to buy an app it refers me to this chat/community site. Can anyone help.
Does it refere you to this site, or iTunes store support? I would think you need to contact iTunes store support, not other users in this user-to-user forum. Click the Contact Us link at the bottom right on this page.

My Macbook pro is acting Crazy....the Cursor just keeps on jumping everywhere and not responding when I use the trackpad....Even when it does respond it is very slow...I thought it was the trackpad acting up but realized it wasnt when i plugged in a mouse and it still did the same thing...this happened one other time and shortly after my computer froze...I had to restart for it to work but restarting dosent help this time...can someone please help?...Is this a Virus?

As to what it might be, that's hard to say. You should try some basic troubleshooting... Repair the hard drive with disk utility. Boot in safe mode and see if it happens then, log in to a different user account and see if it happens there, reboot from another system and see if it happens.
Apparently some people have had this kind of problem caused by swelling batteries that push on the underside of the trackpad and cause all kinds of strange problems. Is your machine's underside deformed at all?

I've updated my Apple ID, but iCloud under System Preferences on my iMac still shows my old Apple ID. How do I update it to show the new Apple ID?
Do you mean you changed your existing apple id to a new email address, still associated to your existing apple id?
If that's the case, just click the sign out button in the icloud preferences, and sign in with the new email address.
If you're actually created an entirely new apple id with your new email address, you'll have to do some exporting/importing. -
I have recently purchased a iphone 5 and i am trying to back up the phone however its saying the back up is corrupt so i went to edit preferences devices and deleted the backups however its still saying the backup is corrupt and not letting me sync my music
If you can't get the password correct, you CANNOT restore from that backup.
However, if you've been using your phone as recommended by Apple, there should be minimal data loss.
Your iTunes library is on your computer, so you can synch all your apps, music, movies, ringtones, etc, on to your new phone.
Similarly, contacts should be synched to Address Book, Outlook, or a cloud service for you to easily synch back to your new phone.
Pictures taken from your old phone and not synched to your computer are lost, but you would have been synching those photos to your computer frequently as recommended. Other photos that you synch TO your iPhone are still on your computer.
You won't be able to get text messages back. -
I am not the only one having this problem why is Mozilla not doing something about it? I am about fed up & may have to change to a different browser! Firefox was the best browser I've ever had but not anymore! Wish I could go back to the old version--it worked just fine! The new version is when I started having this trouble!
Time for Mozilla to step up & get a fix or you will be losing more than me I think! I've disabled real arcade & most other add-ons. That didn't help either.Thanks for offering help but I have done all of the above & it didn't work! I am really getting fed up with it every time I close Firefox I get the same msg. "Firefox Has Stopped Working." At other times the msg. comes when I have it open. Then I have to close & restart whatever I was doing.

When I try to download apps I get an error message referring metro apple UK but when I try to do this I get the same message ergo unable to load up any apps... H e l p please...
