I just redeemed an iTunes gift card code and then tried to buy a movie. But iTunes keeps asking me to enter the details of a valid credit card. Though you are being asked for card details it doesn't necessarily mean that the card will be charged for the purchase (unless you want to gift content). Have you tried entering your card's details to confirm the account ? You should then be able to remove it.

When making purchases, content credits are used first, followed by Gift Certificate, iTunes Card, or Allowance Account credits; your credit card or PayPal account is then charged for any remaining balance

then you will need to enter card details (debit cards are no longer accepted in all countries) before the account can be used to download any item from the store. -

You can't change countries unless you use up all your account's store credits. If they can't cover teh price of a song anymore, contact support so they can remove/cash it out for you:

When your store credits shows $0.00, you can chnage your country. -
I have a problem with my billing information.
If you mean the security code on the back of the card, then is the address on your iTunes account exactly the same (format and spacing etc) as on your credit card bill : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1646 ? If it is then you could try what it says at the bottom of that page :
If the issue persists, contact your credit card company and verify that they and any company they use to process credit card authorizations have the correct information on file.

I am new to cloud and find azure good to work with clouds. But I was trying to create trial an account there and it is asking for credit card. Please tell me if this is trial then why it is necessary to give the card details? Moreover, being a trial version,
many of us don't have any cards these days. So till that time we have to wait for the card? Please provide some facility to learn and give some period of trial without any card details.

I'm having problem with my itune and App Store on my iPad, I can't update or purchase and app unless I enter my credit information. But when I did I keep me telling me to contact iTunes support. Why does my iPad ask for a credit card to buy apps when I already have money on my iTunes account?
Why does it do that? It used to do that for free apps to but once I put my credit card on it, it stop asking for free apps. But now it still wants a card even though I still have 20 dollars left from a birthday gift card. I heard somewhere that this was because of a new feature to stop kids from downloading apps that their parents don't want them to or buying a bunch of apps and racking up a huge bill, is this part of it?
Is the card expired? You cannot have an expired card in your account.

Thank you.You need to have a payment method on file. If the apps are free you will not be charged anything. Either enter your credit card information or purchase and enter an iTunes gift card.

Somehow the country associated with my account was changed to China. I did not make this change. My credit card information needs to be updated but the system will not let me update either my credit card information or the country back to the United States. My updated credit card information is not accepted because the country is China. It will not allow me to change the country until the credit card information is changed. Help!!!
