Either they're being sent to a different email address, or got caught in a spam filter, or something's wrong at Apple's end. If you can't find the email, you need to ask Apple to reset your security questions, which can be done by phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, or clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed in either article, filling out and submitting this form.

You dictate after you open a blank page in any text editor. The text goes on the page.
You can use Text Edit for example (in your applications folder).
With the blank page open, go to the Edit menu and select Start Dictation. When you are finished, you save the file as you would any other document. You can retrieve it, edit it or anything else you want, because it is a file like any other you create with that text editor.

Here is something that you can try:
# Click on Tools and then click Options.
# Select the Advanced panel
# Select the General tab
# Uncheck Use hardware acceleration where available.
# Click File and then click Exit.
# Start Firefox normally.
Once you have followed those steps, you'll want to follow these as well and see if the lines are gone.
Click the Help menu and select Restart with Add-ons Disabled.
Let me know if this has eliminated the problem.

can someone please help me figure out how to receive a rescue e-mail so i can reset my security questions. i have followed the steps in the support tab, however it seems like a dead-end circle with inaccurate info. the steps in the support tab say to 1. sign in to my apple id. 2. select password and security tab to send rescue e-mail. i signed in but there are two tabs, one password and one security. i have opened both but cant find the send rescue e-mail option...please help im totally confused!
