i just want to know how to add a rescue email, cause in the manage id, theres no rescue email. i just want to know how to add a rescue
email so i can restart my secret question.

You cannot and need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

    1.    Start here (change country if necessary) and navigate to 'Password and Security', reset your security questions using the link provided, you will receive an email to your rescue address, use the link in the email and reset your security questions.
    2.    If that doesn't help, you don't receive a reset email or you don't have a rescue address, you should contact AppleCare who will initially try to assist you with a reset email or if unsuccessful will pass you to the security team to reset your security questions for you.
    3.    If you are in a region that doesn't have international telephone support try contacting Apple through iTunes Store Support.

Ive been unable to access my itunes account because it keeps on asking me for my security questions (which i have never been asked before) I have unfortunetly forgotten the answers and realize that i can send myself an email with the answers. However i didnt add a rescue email when making my apple ID so could someone walk me through the steps as to how to do this now.

When prompted, sign in using your Apple ID and password.

how do you you add a rescue email if you didnt add one when you created the accout? because when i go to purchase anything off the itunes store it ask me to answer sercurity questions but i dont remember my answers for them because i made this account a long time ago. iIt also doent give me the option to send the answers to my rescue email because i dont think i ever put a rescue email when i created the account.

You have made too many attempts to answer these questions. So, for security reasons, you will not be able to reset password for the next eight hours.

If there's an option on that message to have it sent to you, use it, wait a few hours, and check the spam filter. If not or it doesn't work, you need to contact Apple, either through the link in that article or by phoning them.
