HT5312 On my iPod touch it asked for my apple security questions, I do not remember them and when I go to manage my account I can not find the option to send to the recovery email, nor can I find a way to reset them.

Didn't the link to contact the iTunes Store staff in the 'Additional Information' section of that article work for you? If you don't already have a valid rescue email address, only Apple itself can reset the questions.

After getting a new router, my ipod touch is asking for a password. I was able to put in the router's passcode on all my other wireless stuff, but the ipod won't accept it. I thought I had made too many attempts, but I've reset it and it still won't let me on. I have no idea what the password is or why it is now asking for one. Help!!
Look at the manual for the router. The password is on the router. Then change the password in the router to something other than the default one and use that password when the iPod asks for it (it will only ask once, once it has the password/router combo in its memory, it will remember it)

Does anyone know why my iPod Touch keeps asking for 5 different iTunes account passwords? Also, in the iTunes app it says I have 651 songs preparing to download, and I didnt tell it to download them. Does anyone know why this keeps happening? It only began after I reset my iPod.
I have this problem too. I'm trying to restore an iPod and it asks me for account numbers. Is there Anyway to get around it? Cause it does not seem fair if I can have and listen to it on my iTunes but not my iPod. The one account is from a girl who litteraly went mentally insane, I'm not going to be asking for her password EvER. And the other is An ex friend and I don't even know who the third account is! i bought an ipod touch it worked for a while then it went in to dfu mode and said to plug in to itunes and i did but that didnt do anything and it wouldnt show up on itunes ethier plz help
Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode
How to put iPod touch / iPhone into DFU mode « Karthik's scribblings
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

If you are not getting the email, you can contact Apple Support to have your Security Questions reset:
ACCOUNT SECURITY CONTACT NUMBERS
Once you get them reset, check your Rescue Email address on Manage Your Apple ID to make sure it is still a functional address. It is not the same as your primary or alternate address.

when attempting to log into my account on itunes it ask for my password! I put my password in then I get the prompt again asking for my apple password! I put it in again and it still won't take!! My Apple ID asks for answers to security questions which I never input. I have searched how to reset my security questions and have found that the option below where your answers are to be input to reset questions does not exist on my iPhone 5c
You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions. To do this, click here and pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submit this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

To change my password it is asking for answers to security questions that I didn't set up.
If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then the steps half-way down this page give you a reset link for the questions on your account : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down the HT5312 link above to add a rescue email address for potential future use -

It isn't possible to create a rescue email address without correctly answering two of the questions. Nobody on these boards can reset them for you.
