How can I delete a book entirely? I don't even want it listed in Purchased Books collection, but it won't allow me to actually Delete it. I can select it for deletion but when I press Delete nothing happens. It deletes off iTunes on my computer with no problem. All the articles I've found just say it will stay in Purchased in case I want to download it again, but I won't so I want it gone completely.

You can delete it from the bookshelf on your device via the Edit button at the top of the bookshelf.
You can't permanently delete any item from your purchase history, all you can do is hide them via your computer's iTunes so that they don't show for redownloading : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4919

I then tapped one time on the book I wanted to remove and a blue check appeared at the bottom right corner of that book (presumably you could tap several at a time) Anyway, when the blue check is on the book, you will see in the upper left of the screen the word "Delete" (mine was in red) I clicked that and then a confirming dialog came up from the bottom of the screen with the choices of "delete" or "cancel". You can't remove the built-in root certificates, but you can remove their trust bits via the Edit button to prevent Firefox from using them as a trusted root certificate.

Login to Amazon then from "your Account" select "your cloud drive" from drop down list. This will bring the list of file names such as Kindle books or docs, Videos, Pictures, Documents etc. Click on the Kindle docs then select the item you no longer need and use the "delete" that is listed on the bottom of the screen. 1. Identify which accounts have the contacts that you wish to delete.
2. Identify which account you want to house your contacts in
3. When you are sure that you have a backup file to import select All Contacts and delete all
You'll have to convert the .csv file to a vCard file, there are online converters available (Google for one) as Contacts does not support .csv.
If you use iCloud to propogate your contacts to iPhones etc you must house them in the iCloud account (on your Mac)

How are you exporting, there are only 2 options (archive or export) neither of which produces a .csv file. Export provides a vCard file, you'll need to cvonvert it to .csv and then back to vCard after editing.
I would also (first job) Export a Contacts archive, just in case of errors along the line.

Well, it is possible to delete it permanently.
At first I should notice the problem is that, when you delete a book from ibook in mac the notification which comes up tells that the book would remain in icloud so you have to delete it from icloud.
To do this, open itunes, click on itunes store link on top right, now your your apple id should be show up on top left side, now click on books link next to app store on top, this full page is apple bookstore, on the right bar under "books quick links" you would see "purchased", click on it.
THESE ARE ALL THE BOOKS YOU HAVE BOUGHT. IF YOU SLIDE OVER EACH OF THEM YOU WOULD SEE A "X" SIGN ON TOP LEFT SIDE OF EACH COVER CLICK ON IT, BY DOING SO YOU WOULD DELETE THE BOOK FOREVER FROM ICLOUD IN YOUR APPLE ACCOUNT.
BY NOW IF YOU DELETE THE BOOK FROM YOUR IBOOKS APP IN YOUR MAC, IT WOULDN'T TELL YOU THAT IT WOULD BE STORED IN ICLOUD.

Have you tried restarting or resetting your iPad?
