In I books on my I pad mini the same book keeps coming up and will not let me switch to another book in my library. How do I switch books.

VoiceOver is a great feature on the iPhones. I am sorry you are not able to turn it on. You have come to the right place. When you go into VoiceOver and you hit OK. Then double tap where it says on. This will turn this feature on. If you are wanting to remove the feature you would do the same thing but double tap on the OFF.

If you want to load a second copy of ''the page you are viewing'' in a new tab, you can press Alt+Enter in the address bar.
If you want to load a second copy of ''some other page'' that is open, as you noticed, instead of showing the URL, the awesomebar drop-down shows "Switch to Tab." Not everyone likes this feature, so someone created an add-on to turn it off.

Download them to iTunes abd then sync the apps. Make an appointment with Apple and see what the problem is. -
I had an icloud account in 2009. We set it up as a family plan because my family had just changed from PC to Mac. We never used it and let the plan expire in 2010. My ical will not sync with my new iphone because it is linked to the family plan account that no longer exist. Because I don't remember my password, I tried resetting it. You were a MobileMe (not iCloud) subscriber in 2009 and this service has been terminated. However the login is an Apple ID and this never expires. What is your operating system? Do you have a MobileMe icon in System Preferences? - if so you should be able to sign out in it, but you may not have an iCloud icon to let you create an iCloud account, though you can do so if your iPhone has iOS 5 or above.
If you are getting login requests or other irritations from your MobileMe account you can go to (user)/Library/Preferences/ByHost and delete all .plist files beginning with com.apple.DotMac or com.apple.idisk, then reboot.
The minimum requirement for iCloud to let you sync your data is 10.7.5 though you can sync through iTunes (except with Mavericks). -
I rented a movie last night on my ipad but I am unable to download it on my ipad I have no space.. so I want to watch it on my laptop computer but do not know how to get the rented movie on it. I checked the itune store and they said I have it rented.. So I need help on what to do to download it on my computer so I can watch it any suggestions? Thanks.

No one's been able to do that yet. And people a lot smarter than you (and me) have tried.
The basic way malware works is that it runs a program on the device. However, the iOS does not allow any program to be downloaded or installed onto the device, unless they are from the App Store. And Apple thoroughly checks all apps submitted by app-developers before allowing them onto the App Store.
In essence, imagine that there is a fortress that has absolutely only one entrance; a guarded front gate. And the guards will only let in people that have proper identification. Without that identification, they will not open the gate.
The fortress is the iOS device. The guards are the operating system. The identification is the App Store.
You didn't come from the App Store? Then you can't come in. It's as simple as that. -

Try giving your iPad a reset. Hold down the sleep and home keys for about 20 seconds and see if it'll reboot.

I opened a word attachment to an email in my gmail account and now I can't get rid of it. When I tap the mail icon the doc appears not my emails. Can anyone help?

Have an iMac with Lion OS. Installed 3D Desktop Aquarium screensaver a couple of operating systems ago. When I "upgraded" to Snow Leopard the screen saver would no longer work so I (thought) uninstalled it. The fish are gone , but the sound is still there drowning out everything else. How can I get rid of this?

Don't know how it happens. Have you signed in successfully with your Apple ID in App Store or iCloud? Is your iPad connected to network?
You should make sure that your iPad is connected to a stable network. And then you should type in the correct Apple ID password. -

Because not all songs are licensed (by the label) to be used as a ringtone. -
Version 5.0 on a MAC will not let me switch between tabs. I can open a new tab, but when I try to go to a different tab, it just shows me the contents of the tab most recently opened. Help!
Also, pop up blocker works for some time and then just stops working. I have to close and restart Firefox to get it to work again. Help!I had the same problem, but with Firefox 4.0. My first thought was to update Firefox (after of course restarting FF), but that didn't help it and I had the same problem.
Among others, I had an extension installed and enabled called Tile Tabs 4.10 that I thought could feasibly creating this problem. So I went into my add-ons manager and disabled it, restarted Firefox and the tabs worked properly again. Unfortunately, the Tile Tabs extension is my favorite Firefox add-on and I use it almost every day for managing my web work tasks. I went to the add-on page for Tile Tabs and saw that there was a notice that version 4.10 didn't work properly on Mac OS, and to install version 4.9 of the extension. I saw they had a new, not-yet-reviewed version 4.11 that addressed the Mac OS problem, installed it, and everything seems to be working properly.
I have no idea why all of a sudden I had this problem, as I hadn't updated Firefox or the Tile Tabs extension recently. Also, obviously this might not address your problem, especially if you don't have that add-on installed and enabled. But our problem started at the same time for both of us it appears based on your post time, so its probably not coincidence.
But its worth a look, and you might want to check out other extensions if you don't have Tile Tabs that could be causing the problem. -
