Why are all my books that I have purchased no longer in my library?
The problem is, if I'm in an area that I don't have service or Wi-Fi and I want to read a book that I have purchased and paid for and I can't retrieve it...it is extremely annoying. I have paid A LOT of money for MANY MANY ebooks. I HAVE NOT DOWNLOADED THE NEW 7.0 SYSTEM BECAUSE I DO NOT LIKE IT. I HAVE IT ON MY IPHONE AND IT HAS TOTALLY SCREWED UP MY CALENDAR AND A FEW OTHER APPS. I DID NOT WANT THE CHANGES ON THE IPAD TOO. In other words, I have done nothing different. My Kindle app is working great and has twice to five times more e-books in it. The sad part is that iBooks charges more and does not get the new releases out as well and timely as Amazon. I use Amazon more often now but I do like to keep my series together and for that reason I of still use them occasionally.

M…oSoft products aren't allowed on my machines but I use LibreOffice which is a clone of Office.
When I export from Numbers to Excel and open the result with LibreOffice, the dates are correctly treated.
To be precise, dates after 01/01/1904 are correctly treated. dates before 01/01/1904 are exported as strings but, as it's flagged during the export process, it's not surprising.

For some reason all my ringtones that I have purchase have disappered on my iphone and itunes on my computer. How do I get them back? They are not on my purchase list.

The easiest thing to do would be to sign into your iTunes account on your computer, connect your phone and sync. iTunes should copy anything from your phone that isn't already in your library on the computer. -
I just downloaded iTunes on my new PC and all the music that I have purchased through ITunes that was backed up on the cloud won't play. It is telling me I must authorize this computer before it can play pre purchased music. how do I authorize my computer to play this music?

There's a couple of ways to get through to the authorisation controls in the 11.0.x versions.
The control is still in the Store menu, but first (if you're using iTunes versions 11.0.x) you might need to bring up the menu bar to see the Store menu.
If you're using 11.0.x, click on the wee boxy icon up in the top-left corner of your iTunes to see the "Show Menu Bar" control, as per the following screenshot:
Then you'll find the control in the Store menu:
Alternatively, if you don't want to bring up the menu bar, it's still possible to get into the authorise controls via nested menus accessible from the wee boxy icon. Here's a screenshot of where to find them: -
I recently downloaded Ios 7 and all the songs that i have purchased before, but deleted off my itunes because i didn't want them, showed up. I don't know how to delete them off my ipod and i really don't want them there. Is there a way to get them off? The songs dont show up in my itunes on my computer, just on my ipod with a download button next to them. I don't want them there anymore because i don't like that kind of music anymore and i don't know how to get them to go away.
There is a similar setting for Videos on that Settings screen, so if you leave that 'on' you may have similar happening in the Videos app

Hey guys, I am newbie here ;(.. I have a question regarding my new apple id. at this moment i've still have all the applications that i've been purchased by using my old apple id.
In case there are an update for the applications in my iphone, " Can i use my new apple id to update all the application that i've been purchased with my old apple id ". If its not possible to do, are there any suggestion for me to updates all the applications by using my new apple id ?

If you cannot or will not use the old Apple ID, then you can delete the app, and then download it again using the current Apple ID. Be aware that any paid apps will have to be purchased again. -

Sets the view in EDIT mode
Now, ob_entity is null if there is initially no data in the notes section of the confirmed account. However, if notes is not empty, then, ob_entity is bound and I can set the view to edit mode. This is the issue.

Like I will be checking on an account { page is fine} go to a different screen then go back.... This is the fun part. The page starts off normal then all the sudden it shrinks and moves to the right side of the page with out me touching anything. I have had this happen to me a few different times and could not seem to get the help I needed. I bring up another page, look at page info and it says Rendering mode - Standards compliance mode, but on the messed up page it says Quirks mode. How do I get it back to Standards compliance mode?
Good day ... As I leave California I am still very puzzled at how Yahoo can hijack my pages while on the internet ...? A friend of mine who lives here is also puzzled at how this is happening. I have taken screen grabs and would video it if that is possible ...? The screen grabs have the time taken on each grab, so one can see how fast this happens .. in a matter of seconds Yahoo jumps in with no relevance to my link I was trying to get to or the last hit or any thing stored in my history ... Okay here are all the problems that I have
1. When I burn to DVD movie quality drops dramatically
2. The button highlight is floating.
3. The project does not play in widscreen.
4. When I set the project to play in widscreen, it does not play in full widscreen on my TV
5. There is no color and no sound.

If You make a DVD to be played on a computer - it doesn't matter BUT
if it is supposed to play OK on a stand alone DVD-player and TV-set
Then it depends where in the World it's supposed to that (not ref. to region
coding - something compleatly different)
USA -> TVs plays NTSC
Europe -> PAL
In Europe most DVD-player can play-back NTSC to a PAL TV but the other
way around usually doesn't work.
So for US use. Use a NTSC miniDV Camera - set iMovie to NTSC (often done
already) - so also iDVD.
To EU - record as above but from iMovie - goto JES deinterlacer (free download
on the net) - convert to PAL and set iDVD to PAL - start a new iDVD project
In iMovie and iDVD is NTSC and PAL refered to as 29.97 resp 25 fps.

Hi, I need to re-format my hard drive, as it has a virus and is corrupted- so I will lose all my data including my itunes software. I guess I will need to reinstall itunes again - but if I do this will, I lose all the music that I have bought or imported into my library? How do I reinstall my library/playlists to the new itunes?

Restore computer or do whatever it is you need to do.

Why are the only numbers that show up in my "Recents" on the iPhone 3G the calls that I've missed? I used to have all recent numbers that had called, on my old phone. Is there some way to make it so that all my recent calls (in and out) show up on my phone?
At the top there's a toggle between "All" and "Missed". Click "All"

With the new download previous purchases on ITunes, you can download all of your music, TV Shows, etc. Why cant you download movies that you have downloaded? I had a external hard drive that crashed and it had approx 20 movies that I paid for and downloaded off of ITurnes Why cant i download those?

Why are all my movies and tv shows from my library now on my ipad with the icloud icon? I have turned off all icloud related services. I have never used it. On top of that, my ipad now gets stuck on step 5 of the sync - waiting for changes to be applied and never finishes.
HelpHi, go in Settings, under Videos turn off "Show all videos" this will remove the purchased videos to be displayed in the Video app. The same can be done with the music.
As for Step 5, connect you iPad and on the summary Tab, uncheck
"Sync only checked songs and videos". Then wait, it takes a while but this made it work for me after many restore attempts.
