I updated my 4S phone to IOS 7.1.2 and lost my wi-fi. The wi-fi is on, but can't find ANY networks. I have been through all the steps, from turning the phone on and off, resetting the network settings, resetting the whole phone, redownloading 7.1.2 and lastly going to the Apple store for help. They tried all the exact same steps I did, took the phone apart and looked at and said it is in "pristine" condition. They have no idea why it isn't working, but they could offer to sell me another phone. This is extremely annoying! They claim it has nothing to do with the update to 7.1.2, but that is when I lost the wi-fi, so it has to be related!
My 4s i-phone which is 2 years old cannot find any wi-fi networks not even my home network... I had the same problem two months ago but i turned off the i-phone for 8 hours and then it was okay... Now it happened again.... I tried to restart the modem but whilst my laptop is connected regularly, my phone still cannot find any wi-fi networks... I restart the i-phone, i reset it, i chose reset network settings, reset all settings, i turned it off for a whole day in case it was overloaded, i turned on the airplane mode and turned it off again, i put it into the freezer for 10 minutes within a zipped bag but 3 days now and i still cannot be connected to my home wifi... I went to the technician today and he told me that it means that wi-fi is broken and that i need to change it with a charge of 70 euro but i have to give my phone for 10 working days so as to be fixed... I am so frustrated and i don't know if i want to give 70 euro for wifi since i don't know if it would make the same problems again...

You used the data. Verizon can not see what it was sued for. However your phone can see whats apps used the data. go to settings-data usage- there will be a place that says data usage cycle. line the dates up with your cycle. then there will be a bar graph below that extend bother white bars one all the way to the left and one all the way to the right. after those are extended below that will be a list of apps, there should be one that used over 2 gb and that will show you what app used that data in her purse

I had to get a new ipod....they said I just needed to plug it in and sync to my itunes.. I get an error 1413 when I try to follow the instructions to restore. I can't find any information on error 1413, what does this mean?
Now it keeps saying that it is restored but there is still no music or video on it. And a new error is coming up that says "We could not complete your iTunes store request.The iTunes Store is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later."

I have been through all of the above, and still will not connect to Barclaycard withthe same error message as in above post. What's next, deintall firefox and reinstall? Could it be some problem with VPN software, as interestingly on my works supplied machine, neither IE or Firefox will connect to this site (but all others) when I'm outside the VPN, but when I'm inside, IE5 will connect to all sites including Barclaycrd, but not firefox....could it be a conflict between IE5 and firefox? This is driving me nuts

When syncing my iPhone with my iPhone, I get a message that 2 items did not sync - use iTunes for help.
But I can't find any help information in iTunes at all, let alone when items are not syncing.
How do I figure out what is not syncing?Since it seems App related, I'm not sure what to offer you. I guess the only suggestion I have is for you to reboot your iPad and then try again. To reboot, hold the power and home buttons at the same time for at least 10 seconds (keep holding past the swipe to shut down bar if it appears) until the Apple Logo appears, then let go of both buttons and your iPad will restart. You won't lose any settings or data, so it's worth a shot.

ChiponnThere's been an update for OSX ML which addresses the issue for installing Windows 8 on bootcamp.
It's NOT recommended that you Upgrade.. However, the way to get the drivers is:
You'll need an external USB drive formatted as FAT for this.
1) In OSX, start the Bootcamp Assistant
2) Press Next
3) UNTICK 'Remove WIndows 7 or Later Version'
4) TICK Download the Latest Windows Support Software from Apple
5) Insert USB drive
6) Press CONTINUE
The drivers should download, and copy a WIndowsSupport folder onto the USB drive.
I did notice that Windows 8 still requires beta drivers for some aspects such as VGA (the Radio HD Card), which you can get on the AMD website.
Futhermore, why are you using Windows 8 "32" bit when you blatently have a powerful 64bit?

Hi, I have recently downloaded a trial version of Ps CC (I am still using Ps CS6). All my presets have migrated very nicely to the CC version from the CS6 one. However, I can't find any of the plug-ins which I have in CS6, such as Imagenomic Noiseware, Google NIK Collection, etc. in the CC version. How do I "migrate" the plug-ins to Ps CC? I would appreciate some help with this. Thanks
Plug-Ins are not Presets. You need to install Plug-in into CC just like you had to install Plug-ins into CS6.

why can't I sign into my account and add a rescue email so I will be able to redo my security questions? I have been unable to buy anything from Itunes because it's asks me for security questions that I don't remember what I put in the first place
1. Because if you could, someone who breaks into your account could do it as well.
2. You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.

What are you asking? Where music is stored or where the user accounts were stored?
Music should be in the music folder - perhaps inside of an iTunes folder.
User accounts should be on the home directory.
