To buy this item with this Apple ID, you must first purchase the app. My daughter set up this game on my Iphone. I am on level 65 and don't wont to start over if I don't have to.

If it was indeed purchased with a different apple ID then there is no work around for what you want! You can try signing in with your daughter's apple ID and password and update the app and purchase whatever you want then log back in with your apple ID. This may work!

Did you download that game, or could somebody else have downloaded it or synced it to your iPad ? And the id that shows in Settings > iTunes & App Store is your id - if not then tap on it to log out of it and then log back in

Do you have a profile lock file in your profile folder? If so, delete it and see if TB runs properly:

Why did you delete your profile? Also how? Did you use the profile manager or did you delete from the windows file structure?
It sounds like something during the profile delete has stopped Firefox from starting up. Please see the this article and follow the steps:

Hi Linc, thanks for this ... it is weird, we tried this previously, but we only did a restart.
This morning our Mac was 'off' even though we hadn't turned it off, (maybe a power outage) I restarted and ran the calpatch immediately, and it worked !!
it is embarrassing, because as a service engineer, I am always telling customers to restart and even power down completely before trying again.

somehow i couldn't get rid of one website called www.searchqu.com/405 set as my homepage... I tried all solutions given to change the homepage but whenever i restarted firefox that homepage used to come automatically.. Firefox will be hanging for some reason. The quick solutions to kill the process and try again. The next step is to try to see if it will start and exit normally a couple of times, if so the problem is solved. If not the reason needs further investigation.

Firefox will just stop loading/ connecting to the internet. The gray circle will just continually move but it never turns green to load the pages. I know it's not my internet because my internet explorer works just fine while this is happening to firefox.
