I am trying to authorize a new I-Mac for my I-tunes account. I am being asked my security questions and I don't remember the answers. The online help shows a way to get your answers emailed to the address on file. There is not that option for me when that screen pulls up.

You've checked the spam folder as well as the inbox on your rescue email account, and tried clicking the reset link again ? If you still don't receive it then you will have to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.
