I Googled pixel size for Ipads and checked this size against the blury photos.  They seem to be less than the max pixels allowed.  Must be another solution????

I'm not familiar with O2's product lineup but given you're on Annex M is that a business package?
Are you on an Infinity residential or business package?
On the subject of the offshore support teams my experience from the other sife of the fence is that many, many of them are very technically orientated. The problem is that the ISPs they work for don't give them access to many of the tools that are needed (they need to raise internal requests to even get line checks done in some cases) and also they are very heavily scripted & monitored in what they do/say on a call.
Sounds like O2 are operating as a contact centre rather than as a call centre which is much more preferable from the customers point of view.

    It sounds as this issue:
    Open System Preferences and go to Accessibility. Next, select Display from the source list along the left, then check the box labelled Reduce transparency.

    So, you do not see any fonts bold that shouldn't be bold?
    What are your current default font settings?
    If you have increased the minimum font size then try the default setting "none" as a (too) high value can cause issues.
    *Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors > Advanced > Minimum Font Size (none)
    Make sure that you allow websites to choose their fonts.
    *Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors > Advanced > [X] "Allow pages to choose their own fonts, instead of my selections above"

    It is better not to increase the minimum font size in case you need a larger font, but use an extension to set the default page zoom to prevent issues with overlapping text.

  • My 8600 Hp printer used to select either tray 1 or 2. Now it doesn't. How can I fix this?

    My HP Officejet Pro 8600 printer used to print between trays 1 & 2 (1 being letter and 2 being legal). Now, suddenly I find I am only given the option of printing from tray 1 and must remove it and insert tray 2 before I can print legal-size paper. How do I fix this, or is it a new problem with HP?

    Welcome to the HP Support Forums. I gather that tray 2 of your Officejet 8600 printer is not being recognized.

    Get separate IDs
    RECEIVING MESSAGES INTENDED FOR OTHER DEVICES
    This occurs if you are sharing the same Apple ID for imessages.
    If you are receiving imessages intended for other devices you can fix this by going to Settings>Messages>Send & Receive and do one of the following:
    Uncheck the email address shown under "You can be reached by iMessage at" on both devices if they are iPhones; or
    On one of the devices go to Settings>Messages>Send & Receive, tap the Apple ID, sign out, then sign in with a different Apple ID.  Note: you can continue to share an Apple ID for the iTunes & App store for purchasing if you wish; it does not need to be the same as the ID you use for iMessage, FaceTime, iCloud and other services.
    To prevent merging of your calendars and contacts when syncing calendars and contacts if you are using the same Apple ID for the iCloud account, be sure to set up separate iCloud accounts on each phone with separated IDs.  Remember that if you change your ID in iTunes & App store, that apps and other purchased content is  forever linked to the ID that was used to download the apps and the apps  can only be updated with the ID that was originally used to download them.  To download content purchased previously downloaded with a particular ID then that ID needs to be used to download past purchases.  If you want all apps to be connected with the same ID you need to delete those apps downloaded with the old ID and download them again with your current and if the apps in question were paid apps then you need to pay again.

    What do I need to do to get my music from my itunes library onto my phone? I originally added music from a diffnerent itues account, and now that I am trying to add from my own it will not transfer...however, in the bar on the bottom of itunes it shows that it is on my phone...but it does not display anywhere else and I cannot find it in my phone. Do I need to connect to the original itunes account and delete that music in order for my library to show?

    As you connect your ipod to iTunes, an option in the upper right of the screen will appear. When you click this, it will show the different menu for your ipod.

  • After a crash, lots of audiobooks have somehow moved to Music folder, and links are broken - how can I fix this?

    Wow, I'm surprised the forums accepted that long a title.
    Anyway, the computer crashed. I started again, and when opening iTunes after the crash ... something happened. There was a prompt that I idiotically didn't write down (Moving Library? Updating Library?), that kept going for hours, and eventually I just gave up and shut it down. That was probably stupid. Also evidence of significant things happening: the next Time Machine backup was 60GB+, so something big had changed.
    As best I can tell, lots of my Audiobooks (and I've got MANY) now have broken links - when I look in the "iTunes Media" folder, many of the files that were once in the "Audiobooks" folder are now in the "Music" folder instead. All are still in the same subfolder as before: so audiobook files that were in "Audiobooks / BBC Melvyn Bragg" are now in "Music / BBC Melvyn Bragg", for example. So far I've only found Audiobooks that have been messed up in this way. Music and iTunes U and Podcasts seem to be unchanged, but maybe I just haven't noticed those problems yet.
    And obviously I want to fix this.
    Note that my iTunes library is set to "Keep iTunes Music Folder organized". All of the organization is what iTunes has done.
    Option 1: can I just restore from a Time Machine backup? If so, what should I restore? There have been a few changes in the metadata in the 3-4 days since the crash, but I'm not overly concerned with that.
    Option 2: can I just use Finder and move the files back? This would seem the "easiest" option to me. Although lots (hundreds? thousands?) of audiobook files have been moved, they're within only a couple of dozen different folders. Dragging them back into the correct folder would be easy - but what kind of havoc would that wreak on the database system?
    Option 3: go through each track and find the file. I can do this. It'll take hours and hours and hours. I don't want to do this.
    Slightly different question: how can I make a smart playlist of all the files with broken links? (I'm still trying to get a handle on just how big this problem is.) I've found suggestions about (1) making a smart playlist of everything, (2) dragging all of those into a normal playlist, and (3) making a new smart playlist of whatever's in #1 but not in #2, but that doesn't seem to be working for this situation. Is that advice now outdated, or is there something unique to my situation?

    Following up: I went with Option 2 above, and it seems to have worked quite well. I didn't even need to quit iTunes. After the files were moved, the exclamation marks remained at first, until I played the file, or restarted iTunes - now all seems well, until the next crash anyway.

    Of course you can, just remember that iphoto replaces the finder. It's the manager for your photos.

    Is MMS turned on in settings? Settings>Messages>SMS/MMS>MMS Messaging>On. Can you send/receive SMS's? If you answer both questions with a yes, the problem rests with your carrier. Either MMS is not provisioned on your account, or not provisioned properly. So, contact your carrier.

  • My iPhone 5 reception gets cut randomly and gets replaced with NO SIM in the reception area. How can I fix this?

    So, I was running today with my iPhone in my pocket when later I noticed that I had no reception from it. On the top left corner where the "bars" of connection is supposed to be, a NO SIM icon appeared. I never had this happen before. So, I restarted my phone (hold down top and bottom buttons to force manul restart) and the reception bars appeared and things seemed to be normal. Then in about 2 hours later, when I was calling someone and mid discussion, the NO SIM icon appeared and my call was cut off. It was the same problem as before. I had to restart my phone again. There was nothing wrong about the recpetion in the area, I had LTE on, so nothing should be wrong with that part. Something possibly happened when I was running with my phone, but now, I dont know how to fix the NO SIM problem and how to get my phone going back to normal without restarting it so many times.     Go to a phone store for your cell provider and ask them to replace your sim if that is not pos for you you can try cleaning the contact patches for your sim
    Turn the phone off ( not just standby) use the tool that came with your phone in the pin hole in the sim tray on the side of your phone. With a pencil eraser gently buff the contact patches on the sim replace and restart

    When you connect the MacBook using a Mini DisplayPort to HDMI adapter you will probably need to use external speakers or a 3.5mm stereo headphone jack to RCA sound plugs connected to a stereo sound system if your TV doesn't have separate RCA input plugs or a 3.5mm stereo input plug for audio with the HDMI plug. The Mini DisplayPort to HDMI doesn't carry audio unless you have the Mid 2010 model 7,1 and there're no audio plugs on most TVs to work with HDMI since it's expecting audio with the HDMI. But check your TV manual to see if it has audio plugs that work with one of the HDMI ports.
      If you have the Late 2008 model 5,1 Aluminum Unibody or Late 2009 model 6,1 White Unibody with the Mini DisplayPort rather than the Mini-DVI there is an adapter that uses the Mini DisplayPort and a USB port to combine video and audio to HDMI. It's only 2 channel stereo not 5.1 Dolby Surround.

    Option 1:
    Go to your Pictures Folder and find the iPhoto Library there. Right (or Control-) Click on the icon and select 'Show Package Contents'. A finder window will open with the Library exposed.
    Look there for the iPod Photo Cache.
    Trash it. Start iPhoto and try sync again.
    If that fails:
    Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Use the option to check and repair library permissions

    This is a recent problem. It was working fine until a couple of weeks ago. If I restart the computer, Firefox gets online with no problem.     but unfortunatly it wasn't helpful on the computer i really need to set it up on which is a windows xp home who's power options r already suppose to be set up to shut down the computer if idle for 1 hour but it never does
    since posting my question i have gone through any section of help n support on that computer that pertains to it. i have also been into the microsoft support site to try and configure auto logoff n auto poweroff if computer is idle for a while but when i tried to find the files on that computer they said i needed to access to set it up don't exist and of course way at the bottom of the page is operating system this applies to and you click on it and it states for xp professional only and that the support for the xp home in this matter is no longer available on their site

    Try to reboot your iPad:  Press and hold the power AND home buttons at the SAME time for at least 10 seconds (ignore the red slider to shut down) your screen go blank momentarily - keep holding both buttons - until the Apple Logo appears, then let go of both buttons and your iPad should [hopefully] restart.
