I installed the trial version of Photoshop CS6 but it will not let me open the program.
When I go to open it an error message comes up saying that "it may be damaged or incomplete". But when I go to Adobe Applicaion Manager it says that it is "up to date". How can I fix this?
Run the Creative Suite Cleaner Tool and let it install again.

Hi. I have set up the trial versions of Photoshop CC 2014 and Lightroom 5.6 (ie the Photography plan) on a desktop that I have added a new drive to with Windows 7. Everything works fine BUT it is an old computer and I'm thinking that it may pack up unexpectedly. These things happen. I want to sign up for the Photography plan but I also have a Windows Vista laptop, and that is old too so I may want to put the apps on a new desktop and a new laptop, having already installed on my desktop. That makes three activations. Am I allowed to do this? Cheers. Paul
You cannot have three activations. It's simply not technically possible. If and when the time comes, you simply deactivate/ sign out on one of the old systems and install on the new one. If the system goes belly up, you contact support to reset your account. No need to make it more complicated than that and overthink it.

I recently installed the trial version of Adobe XI and the trial period ended, so I wanted to revert back to the version I already had. I did not see any uninstall feature and my old version was apparently replaced by the trial version. I cannot re-install a previous version b/c I need both a product Id (GOd only knows where that is now) and a way to uninstall the trial. Any ideas?
When you installed the trial, there should have been an option to have ignored your current installation and leave it. Apparently you skipped that case. To uninstall the trial (in Windows) go to Control Panel>Programs & Features and select the Acrobat XI and choose uninstall. After the uninstall run http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html to clean up your system. HOWEVER, if you see your old Acrobat in that window, do not run the cleaner, but do a repair on the old version.
You did not mention the old version you had. You might try from http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-downloads.html. As for the S/N, you should have register and if so you can get it from Adobe. The instructions are at http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/find-serial-number.html#adobeproductdownload.
Be sure to backup any download of the old installer and the S/N to CD or backup HD for future use. They will not likely continue to be available. -
I received photoshop elements 11 as a gift 2 years ago. I am fearful that I have lost the serial number. I have the box and the sleeve but neither have a serial number. I have installed the trial version, but hope I can add a serial number. Any suggestions?
If you never bought the product then you cannot get the serial number.

Even if we have bought the advance version of Adobe FormsCentral, is it possible to receive via e-mail the completed form in .pdf? If not, is it possible to develop this option? How much would it cost?
I know of no way to do this with Reader or XML.

How do I download the trial version of Photoshop Extend?
I am trying to download the trial version of Photoshop Extend but I am having problems doing so. My computer meets all the system requirements, I have cleared out my temp files and tried switching web browsers from Windows Explorer to Mozilla Firefox. Nothing works. I go to the trial download page for Photoshop Extend, select the drop-down menu for "English/Windows/815.5" and click "Download". In Windows Explorer, I get that exclamation mark over the pointing finger then I'm directed to the page that says, "try again". Basically the same thing in Firefox. Why can't I download this program?

If your on a router turn off windows firewall. Most routers already have a builtin firewall and using 2 firewalls does not help matters in downloading. -

I want to convert the trial version of Photoshop CS6 as a liscense version. This trial version is already installed on my machine. How do I get the serial key?
Also will it again do a installation, as the trial version took close to 11 hr so a complete installation.

SGYou get the serial key by purchasing the application. You do not have to reinstall. You can use the serial key to convert the trial version to the fully licensed version.

Thank you ....So if you download the trial from the trial page at http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=photoshop you get Photoshop CS6 Extended. When you then remove the trial and reinstall from the Adobe Application Manager with your trial Creative Cloud you only see the Standard version?
If this is so you can try reviewing your installation logs by following the steps listed in Troubleshoot with install logs | CS5, CS5.5, CS6 - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/troubleshoot-install-logs-cs5-cs5.html. Although your 30 day trial has already begun. I would recommend for now you just remove the installation and install from the trial page so that you can try the extended features.

I'm having some issues sending mail via the "reply" button. When I reply to an email and hit the "reply" button I get the spinning beach ball for about 30 seconds before the reply email opens up. Doesn't seem to make a difference what email I reply t
