I am able to use my Internet but in the top left corner it says No Service?

Over in the top right is a picture of a lock with a circle arrow around it?
ANy help appreciated!

Regarding the "No Service", I'm guessing that you have an iPad with WiFi + cellular.  The "No Service" indicates you are out of a cellular service coverage area.  You can use your internet because you are connected by WiFi.
