I bought an extra life from the candy crush application but I also got charged for unlock sweet surprise which should have been included in the price.
Before I entered my password to pay It only showed a total of £0.69, but I received the bill today and were charged £1.38.

So what would you like us users to do for you?  Contact iTunes support.  There's a link on the bottom of every page in the iTunes store.

If you didn't make the purchase, and nobody else has access to your account or devices and made it, then you can try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work then you can try contacting iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

I just received an email receipt from iTunes for a product I did not purchase. Is this a phishing scam? How can I find out if it was really purchased?

The following describes how to see your purchase history: See your purchase history in the iTunes Store
The following also has information: How iTunes Store charges might look on credit and debit card statements
If the charge is not yours you may want to contact iTunes Support https://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ and your credit card company.

You are not addressing Apple here at all.  We are itunes users just like you.
If your account has been compromised, then change your password, alert your credit card company and discuss reimburement with them and let itunes support know that your account may have been compromised.

  • How do I contact Itunes for a purchase I did not make., How do I contact Itunes for a purchase I did not make.

My son plays racing penguin, the game is for a toddle if you ask me, so why would they charge me $9.99 and 4.99 for anything associated with this game. I did not purchase this, and I thought that when you purchase anything you have to put a password in to confirm. This is why I let my son play this game and others. Please help me to get this off my credit card. I am being charged, 4.99 for one and 9.99 for the other. All of this is associated with Racing Penguin game that my 4 year plays.

Yo would ave to set the restrictions to not allow in app purchases.
It sound like your child purchased in app purchases.
    There are no refunds.
You can try contacting itunes and asking for an exception.
Click "Support" at the top of this page, then click the link under "Contact Us"

  • HT3702 I have been charged for a transaction I did not make

I have been charged for a transaction I never made not a big purchase but not me

If these charges are being made to a credit or debit card, the most immediate thing you need to do is to call your credit card company or bank and report the unauthorized charges. That company can contact Apple if they need additional information.
Next, log into your iTunes Store account and see if the purchases are reflected in the Purchase History. If they are, immediately change the password to your iTunes Store account, making sure it's not something easily guessed or looked up. Then go here:
    http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/
and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store.
If the charges are not reflected in the Purchase History, then it's most likely a fraudulent charge to your credit card directly rather than an unauthorized purchase through your iTunes Store account and it will be up to your bank to handle.
    Regards.

  • I've received an email for a purchase I did not make.

However, clicking "report the problem" on my iPhone 5 and on my computer does nothing.  It only takes me to FAQ... for which there does not seem to be an answer.  Where can I actually report the problem and get a refund?  This is SO frustrating!

If you didn't make any purchases, then I suggest changing your password
Apple ID: Changing your Apple ID password
If you have credit card information in your iTunes, take that out.
HT2731 how to delete a credit card: Apple Support Communities
As for the refund, it is not possible:
iTUNES STORE - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All sales and rentals of products are final.
Prices for products offered via the Services may change at any time, and the Services do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.
If a product becomes unavailable following a transaction but prior to download, your sole remedy is a refund. If technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay delivery of your product, your exclusive and sole remedy is either replacement or refund of the price paid, as determined by Apple.
However, you can try to follow through this:
How to Get a Refund from iTunes | eHow
No guarantee, but you may have a chance.
    Hope this helps.

  • HT1918 Why is my debit card being charged for iTune purchases when my account is set up with my Amex card

Why is my debit card being charged for iTunes purchases when my iTunes account is set up with my Amex card?

Login to the account on iTunes and under payment info, select none for the credit card. iTunes is supposed to use gift cards and store credit over credit cards but it doesn't.

  • Apple deleted my account when I made a complaint about being charged for apps that I did not purchase! The said it was for security reasons as my account must have been compromised but only Apple have mu information.I am convinced the operator delete

Apple deleted my account when I made a complaint about being charged for apps that I did not order. They said that my account had been compromised and it was in my best interests to delete it for security reasons! I am convinced the operator deleted my account out of sheer malice because I complained - can anyone advise?

No. It would have been done for security reasons. You notified them that money was being unknowingly taken from your account, so they froze it.
    Change your Apple ID here
And also check for unusual activity on your credit card with your bank. Change all your security password while you are at it.
