Curretly, there is an iCloud blackout. It started this morning around 2AM California time (Pacific), 5AM New York (Eastern). A lot of people have been having issues all day, including me. No iCloud services are online. Even Find My iPhone is down.

What payment method are you trying to use? Prepaid debit cards by chance? Apple does not accept prepaid cards.

I bought new i phone 5 3 days back, after that asked for new update which is 6.1.4, after updating my iphone i am not able to use cellular data services. I called up data provider, they says its the problem with new software update. There is no option add APN. Now when i switch to safari its showing you are not subscribed for cellular data. But I am able to use data on other phone.
Will you please help me in this regard?

The salesperson for my iphone 4 said on Christmas morning we could go to our online account, select my number, select to change my SIM card, and enter the ICCID number so that I'd be able to use my iphone 4 today instead of my old phone (not an iphone). I have not seen any such steps. Help?
I suspect the salesperson that told you that meant your online account with your carrier...have you tried logging into your carrier account online? To do this will require the sim number on your sim card, as well as the phone's IMEI number...you get the sim number off the sim card & the IMEI number, for the phone, is printed on the box.

I have a consultation with you. Because my sister is updating the IOS8 I phone 4S. Then was not able to use it. Random screen freezes apple. So bring your instruments to Restore Center. Machine can use it. But can not access the page that actually works. Because of the problems with ID of icloud.
She forgot the ID of the user and that of the other. I caught only a password is *******. I would like to ask for technical assistance. What should I do to get back to work normally. Or you can reset the ID and password or not., And set to work. If you do not have an iPhone, this airplane. It becomes a good paperweight itself.Hope you will understand. If you can access Facebook while on Wifi at home, but you are unable to access it while away running on your carrier's 2G network, I could phone your carrier. You have already completed the Cellular Data troubleshooting for the iPhone, so any limitations keeping your from connecting to Facebook over cellular will have to be answered by your carrier.

It sounds like the battery might have gone bad, and is swelling and causing the symptoms you describe. Do not attempt to use the phone, but take it to Apple for evaluation.

As newer iPhones and iOS versions are made, apps start to drop support for the older versions of the iOS. It looks like you have fallen victim to this. I commend you for sticking with the original iPhone until now, but it looks like it's time for an upgrade if you want to use apps that have dropped support.

I had this same problem with what's app. There is a new update for the app on the app store which is compatible with ios8. Update the app, or delete it and re-add it. I found a lot of apps weren't compliant with ios8, but after updating everything worked fine.
