I am having issues with my iTunes on my new MacBook Pro Retina. I called about a month-ago to fix my iTunes on my computer, and now when I buy new movies or music it will not let me play it on my computer nor will it download it onto my computer.
As noted a month ago I called apple to fix my iTunes account. Now when I buy songs or music I cant watch, listen, or even download them onto my computer. It keeps giving me this pop-up when I try.
"This computer is already associated with an Apple ID."
"You can download past purchases on this computer with just one Apple ID every 90 days. This computer can be used with a different Apple ID in 52 days."
I know this computer is associated with an Apple ID, because it's mine, so why can't I watch, listen or download them onto my computer?
They had me reset alot of crap when I called them, so if anyone knows how to possibly fix this before I call Apple and freak out, please tell me!

Check the required specs for the latest version of iTunes and iOS. What kind of Mac computer do you have and what OS does it have on it. Also, what kind of processor do you have, Intel?

DVD and CD sharing will not let you play or share DVD movies and audio CD's. Does any one know of a way to get music from a CD on a MacBook Pro wirelessly to an iMac?
I cannot find the eMac install disk, and I haven't been able to get it to start up from my 10.3 CDRm (holding down option or c), though I read something somewhere about these not being able to start up from system folders earlier than those they shipped with. I've dealt with this sort of thing several times before, and it always seemed to work to simply use target disk mode.
It definitely won't start up fromt the 10.5 DVD-R, and I'm pretty sure I tried putting the MBP into TM to use its optical drive as well, but it didn't work. But it's worth trying again, and I appreciate your input greatly. -
I have had iTunes on my computer, which is not an apple poducts for about 6 or 7yrs now, just recently it will not let me play the music I have downloaded. I get a error message stating this computer is not registered. So I put in the information to register it, and it tells me that this computer is already registered. But I still can't play my music, the error message just keeps popping up. Can anyone help me?

In the fist pane, (Summary), you will see the AppleId (Account Name) that was used to buy the song.
Be sure to login to use this account to register this computer to play the song

Photos 10.10.3 will not let me play or move my videos and keeps sending a message saying "can not find file". What do I do to get the videos back? It is only during videos that I previously uploaded off my phone. It loads them and tells me how long they are but when I go to press play it says can not find file. I have restarted my computer, what else can I do?

The first few movies I rented began to play shortly after the download started, but the one I'm renting today will not let me play during the download. Why?

I bought several down loads of music and one will not let me play it
I have paid and downloaded music from ITunes many times, but I run into a problem. One song that I purchased and it shows it has been downloaded will not let me play it. It keeps wanting me to verify my computer and I do and then it still won't let me play it.

It may be a corrupt / damaged download.
If you live in a Region that allows re-downloading Music...
Delete the Song(s) and re-download...

I recently downloaded 2 movies in iTunes on my windows PC and movies will not play, they will open up to the main menu, mouse overs work as well as extra features. However the main movies will not let you play. On mouse over in itunes the 'play' buttion is not enabled, yet is however enabled on previously downloaded movies.
For me I have follow several of the help articles. When I play the movie in iTunes the screen is black with no audio, the timer status says it is playing (although it does not work all the time). I am able to play and have audio on the extras. I tried to use just QuickTime to play the movie and that as well does not work. I have started iTunes in safe mode and when the movie would begin to play, iTunes crashes and I have to restart. I have tried fresh clean installs of iTunes as well as QuickTime with no luck.
It looks to be a QuickTime problem however I cant verify that. Any help would be great. -

ITunes 7.1 will not let me play any tracks...
iTunes 7.1 will not let me play any tracks, it opens up fine and I can do pretty much anything else with it but when I double click or press play on a track an error message comes up and iTunes has to close. This has only been happening since I uploaded the new 7.1 version of iTunes, can anyone help me with this problem please?

Issues with restoring a Time Machine backup onto new Macbook Pro Retina
I recently got a new Macbook Pro Retina and I've been trying to restore a Time Machine backup made today from my old Macbook Pro laptop. I didn't restore from the first start up (foolishly, seemingly) simply because of the trivial reason of wanting to see the system all clean and new.
I've tried the Migration Assistant but it gets stuck on "looking for source..", despite having the ex.HD plugged in and double checking the existance of the backup itself on the ex.HD.
I've also tried booting the laptop up in the 'restore' mode (cmd R) and restoring from there but it sends me in a constant loop of 'this backup was from a previous model of laptop' or something to that affect. It also doesn't display the recent backups at all, only displaying those from the beginning of this year for some reason. All backups are in the same place on the ex.HD so its not an issue with locating the backups.
Really stuck on this one! Would really appreciate some help!

i formatted my computer and now i would like to sync my music from my iphone back to the computer, is there any way to do this? i don't want to loose my music. p.s. all my music that was on the computer was there privately, i did not get it from itunes.

i just upgraded my apple TV and now when I rent a movie on iTunes, instead of it playing instantly, it takes 60 hours to load. Anyone else have this problem?
Apple Support, I have just purchased 3 movies 2 from my account and 1 from my wifes account and both systems are stating that it will take 2 days to download. I have a FIOS 150 megabit per second up and 150 megabit per second down busiuness class fiber service to my location. I have tested downloading 10Gbyte files from two other locations and both work fine. I additionally went out and have tested doing speed tests (http://www.speedtest.net/) from over 10 other locations all over the US and all are over 75 magabits per second download speeds with a few hitting 100 and 125 megabit per second speeds. What is wrong with your servers or your internet connection????

I have additionally tried to download them with my Apple TV and two different PCs all wired on Gigabit Ethernet with jumbo frames enabled. I have tried differnet DNS servers also. I can upload and download files to my office 50G in less than 1 hour. I have also download movies from 2 other movie sites without any problems.
