I Am having problems with the radio on the Apple TV cutting out after a few minutes. This has started to happen after software update to Ios8. Has anyone else had this problem and are Apple looking into fixing it?

I am having the same problem also Thought it was my network and reset everything including Apple TV but still the problem is there . I assume now it is down to iOS 8 prior to that was perfect

To Reset Firefox do the following:
#Go to Firefox > Help > Troubleshooting Information.
#Click the "Reset Firefox" button.

Having problem with appletv iTunes Radio. Music stops, get spinning wheel, never restarts. If I switch to another station it plays immediately, but it too sometimes stops for the same reason. Wait for 10 minutes for it to restart, then switch stations again. I've tested my download speed when it happens it's fine.

What was the connection speed when you tested
Make sure DNS is set to automatic
Reboot ATV and router
If on wifi try ethernet

Is anyone having problems with apple mail since upgrading to Yosemite?

MacBook Pro 15", mid 2012 running Yosemite 10.10.1 - ever since upgrading to Yosemite, I have a problem with Apple Mail which is that the from address persists on my screen after I close the email. I have to quit mail and sometimes even restart to get rid of it. Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas?

No, I mean it lingers when I close the email. What I've discovered since I posted earlier is that if I reopen the email and hover over the address in the actual email the one that is persisting goes away. Thank goodness, because it is very annoying. I am wondering if it is somehow intentional in the SW. Thank you for asking.

Problem with Cross Dissolve: The video cuts out during the transistion

I'm encountering a problem with the Cross Dissolve transistion wherein during the period in which the transition should be happening the video instead drops out. There's plenty of heads and tails available on both clips, but as soon as the timeline hits the start of the transition "from' clip cuts out, revealing the background or black if there's no background underneath and then the "go-to" clip cuts in at the end of the transition.
Any help would be appreciated.

I've been having this issue and it's driving me crazy. It's random, that some cross dissolves work, and others don't. Seems to affect AVCHD footage. Adobe seems to be aware of the issue.
The work around that I've seen posted by a forum user "Mitch W" is to apply a GPU accelerated effect to one of the clips in the pair. The effect can be turned to "0" so as not to alter the video. The act of doing this, makes premiere see the clip differently, and render the cross dissolve correctly.
Fast Blur, set to "zero", seems to do the trick, and allows it to work with CUDA acceleration turned on. I did notice that the work around was broken by changing the playback resolution in the viewer window. In that situation, I had to apply the GPU effect to the other clip in the pair to make it work again.
I don't know what will happen if I change my playback resolution again...

I am having problems with the wifi connection on my ipad 4th generation only 3 weeks old. Have left it back to the shop i bought it in and they said they have to send it away now i am left with no ipad. What after sales support do you give really?

Having problem with FCP 5.1.4 adding transitions. Just new to this app.

So I get 2 maybe 3 transitions set correct. After that none work properly. ie: lets go for the quicktime zoom transition. So as it zooms out it plays the first quarter of the 1st part of the transition in the zoom box. This is not correct it should be playing the second part of the transition. Anyway about 1/4 of the way through it does play the second half of the transition which is correct and plays the rest of it properly. It does the same for cross dissolve and all other transitions. I have trashed the preferences but that doesn't seem to help. I have also changed the preferences and that doesn't help. OS is 10.5.8; 6g of ram; powermac g5 quad core 2.5ghz;

Just to clarify, by "FCP 5 friendly source material," he means video files that are a format (codec) that FCP 5 supports. What FCP 5 supports can be found in the EASY SETUP list. If the format you are working with isn't there, say if your footage is H.264 or MP4 or some other web compressed format, FCP won't work properly. It needs to be in an editing codec if you want FCP 5 to work with it.
Also, you need to make sure that your sequence settings match the settings of the footage you are trying to edit. If you add a clip to the sequence, and immediately have to render, that's a big clue to say that something isn't right. You should edit without rendering at all.
The most important thing you need to do is properly set up your project from the start, and the best way to do this is to choose a setting from the Easy Setups, located under the Final Cut Pro menu. Once you do this, you’ll need to create a new sequence. This is because the sequence that is already in your new project is setup for the typical default setting of DV/NTSC, or for the settings of your last project, which might not match what you are currently working with. So delete SEQUENCE 1 and create a new sequence:
This new sequence will contain the settings you chose in the Easy Setup menu, and should match the format you captured

Hello there, I started having this problem 2 days ago, what happens is I open the Kisstory Player http://kisstory.kissfmuk.com/live/ And nothing shows up where the " play " button should be sometimes the error " There has been an error loading this player " pops up, and the funny thing is when I disable the Shockwave Flash addon from my Firefox the player Shows but it does not play again, when I enable the addon the player dissapeaers again and is so anoying:( also When I clear my History ( cookies, Cache, browsing data etc ) and load the player straight after it shows and it plays perfectly but then if i want to open it again i have the same problem and have to clear my history everytime I want to load it ... please help ! Ive reinstalled flash several times tried running firefox in safe mode etc but cannot seem to fix it

The reason you see it in EVERY browser is that your OS is infected with Adware.

Having problem with mackeeper coming on when searching how do I rid of this or other sites coming on under my search site

I tried to install mackeeper and thought it was free and because of popups and ads. Now I'm having more problem it comes up when searching. First try the standard troubleshooting steps of quitting the Camera app as described below then resetting your iPad.
Go to the Home screen and double click the Home button. That will reveal the row of recently used apps at the bottom of the screen. Tap and hold on the app in question until it wiggles and displays a minus sign. Tap the minus sign to actually quit the app. Then tap anywhere on the screen above that bottom row to return the screen to normal.
Then reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously ignoring the red slider should one appear until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.

Is anyone else having problems with playback volume fading in and out during a song?

I've noticed that when I play a song now the volume (or probably more correctly the high frequencies) seem to fade in and out. It is a constant "wave" of which ebbs and flows during every song. It has become very annoying. I checked the EQ settings, Playback Enhancer and Crossfade settings. All are normal. Anyone else experiencing this fading in and out of the high frequency sounds?

Try deleting the preferences, and other maintenance measures, like clearing caches.
Also, try running FCP X from another user account. I bet that FCP X will run smoothly in a fresh account, indicating that the cause lies somewhere in your user settings, preferences, or whatnot.
The 10.0.4 is the fastest and most stable version yet for the vast majority of users. I hope you soon see your problems resolved.
