Having the same issue after downloading the lastest version of itunes. Apple is going to lose me as a customer, if this keeps up with their software updates. They never seem to work.
Really, they should want me to be able to access their store. That's money out of their pocket.

i have a MacBook pro. I'm trying to connect my Mac through wifi at my house, it shows my router says it's connected with full signal yet I have no internet. So I thought I would try it at my friends house but I had the same problem. the Internet connection and wifi were on, as our iPhones were working through wifi. And my friends Mac works via wifi at my house. Just mine dosnt has anyone had this problem or can help me with this problem thanks.

Try this.
    Power off the router. Unplug it from the wall. Wait a while.
    Plug it back to the wall. Power the router on. Wait until all the lights are lit properly. It will take a while.
    Restart the computer.
    Start up in Safe Mode.

Error: Couldn't unmount disk -- when trying to verify/repair external hard drives. Has anyone had this problem and solved it?

I have a number of hard drives that my Mac Book Pro no longer 'recognises' at least for very long. When I turn them on the deskstop icon shows up but then shortly afterwards I get a message saying that it has been unplugged incorrectly. I haven't unplugged it any of them. When I try to run very/repair disk before they disappear I get the error in the subject line above. Has anyone had this problem and if so how did you rectify it?

Has anyone had this problem with IPad 3 after upgrade to IOS 7,
trying to to connect VPN , but I get this messag, "could not validate the server certificate".
I am trying to connect to Oracle VPN.

Has anyone found a solution for this yet? I am still getting the could not validate server certificate error. I have tried importing the entire certificate chain as well as importing each individual cert in the chain. My certificate works perfectly with the cisco vpn on my pc.
This is my first experience owning an apple product, and I am very disappointed with the customer support that I have received. I tried calling the help line and no one would even attempt to answer my question. Please tell us you iMac model and the Mac OSX version you run. iMacs have been in continuous production since 1998 in four broad families and hundreds of variants. Without knowing your specific Mac type, someone trying to help might give you advice inappropriate for your model.
A good place to start to determine in which family yours resides is to do "About this Mac" from your Apple menu (left end of menubar) to get this window:

I had this problem. I held down the power switch to power down completely. Takes a few seconds. Then use the power switch to turn on. Might take a couple goes.

When I click on the magazine, my screen is just blank. I can see the purchase, and in my settings/store, the magazine shows "ON".

I would do a power cycle/reset of your device first, if you haven't, to rule that out.

Are you sure the settings are correct? Did you check the outgoing mail server setting? Make sure that your username and password are in there.
Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars>Your email account>Account>Outgoing mail server - tap the server name next to SMTP and check in the primary server and make sure your username and password are entered and correct - even if it says that the password is optional.

You did create a backup, correct? Not doing so would be extremely unintelligent.
iOS devices are NOT backup devices.
