I am having trouble adding art work for itunes 12.0.1.26. Trying to add artwork after you go into "get info" and then "add artwork" doesn't work. Can anyone help. BTW, went into the authorization edit and gave my user id permission to modify things as was suggested in one posting, but that didn't work either.

    I've had my podcast listed for about a month now in iTunes and had about 6 or 7 episodes up. Everything was fine when I looked yesterday. This morning I updated to the new iTunes catagories and added art work via the "smart feeds" feature in feedburner. I've been using this service all along with no troubles. After doing this I went in to iTunes and saw that the first 2 episodes of the podcast were there but that all others were gone. It appears that if subscribed you can get all episodes but not sure. This sounds like the problem that was going on with iTunes a few weeks back but I was under the impression that this was fixed?     I did a re-synch of my feed in Feedburner in hopes this might fix the problem and have pinged several times today with no success.

    Appears to be a feedburner thing. If you look at your feedburner feed:
    http://feeds.feedburner.com/disabilitynation
    you'll see that there are multiple entries but only two podcast episodes (that is, places where there's an <enclosure> tag in the feed. Might want to check your feedburner settings to make sure it's picking up all the media files that you think should be there.

    iPhone 3G IOS 4.2.1 is the latest & greatest. There's no more updates for this iPhone.
    You have to buy a new iPhone since most apps target IOS 6 & IOS 7.

    I'm having trouble adding purchased and imported music to my play lists. For example when I purchase or import new music to my playlists I have to re sync my ipod or the new songs don't appear on my playlists. Perhaps this is because I once unplugged my ipod w/out first disconnecting it. Previously when I purchased and imported music songs would appear on my play lists when I dragged them from purchased to playlist.

    Remember to authorise your new machine with the Apple ID
    Essentially copy the itunes folder and all sub folders over to the same place in the new computer.

    Hello, I am having Trouble adding Audiobooks in iTunes 12.1.2.27 with OSX Yosemite 10.10.3, I downloaded 4 Audiobooks from Audible, Synced my iPod but the new Audiobooks do not show up in either the Audiobooks or Music section of my iPod after I sync my iPod, I do see them in the Audio section of iTunes but not on my iPod, any help would be greatly appreciated. thank you Michael

    I do have an icon of my iPod but if I click on it it disconnects my iPod from iTunes.
    If the iPod is connected via Wi-Fi, please connect with USB. If it's already on USB, or if USB is the same. log out or restart the computer and also restart the iPod, then try again. If it still doesn't work, see below.
    Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
    ☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
    ☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.

    i am having trouble calling my work voicemail frome the iphone - it does not recognize the DTMF tones from the dialpad.  we have justgone to a new IP voice system at work

    we use a remote dialling code to divert our office landlines to mobiles, we have had awful trouble with the iphones in doing this with the number stored as a contact, We also have trouble dialling the number direct from the keypad it still comes up with error and says the number has not been recognised.
    I have managed to sort out how to remedy this for us on this end and i will give an example below, the 'p' represents a pause
    (numbers changed for security)
    original phonebook contact stored, please notice the pauses 'p' only the first single pause

    the new number now stored in the phonebook with the extra pauses 'p'
    01223495684pp*65p*4530p*01223456456p*07555456456#  as you can see we dial a landline number and then give a pause for the next tone to cut in, then we enter the overall divert code, after this we enter the pin code followed by the landline number to divert and finally the mobile number that will be taking the calls and finishing off with hash.
    all our other phones except the iphone will dial this number and work correctly with one pause at the beginning, I have now tried thios with two pauses at the beginning and one pause between each section and it now works fine,
    This has cured our problem using the io5 iphones 4s. we could not dial these numbers with the iphones for nothing, all other phones work fine. When you have a bluetooth headset connected the problem is even worse.
    this has cured our problem and hope this helps you all also

    Do you have Adobe Reader installed on your device? You can check it under Settings-->Apps. If Adobe Reader is installed on your device and still the pdfs open in some other app, then you might have chosen that app to be the default app for always opening pdfs. You can clear the defaults for that application. Just go to Settings-->App--->Polaris(or any other app where the files open)--->Clear Defaults. Next time you try to open a pdf, you will be presented with the options again. Hope this helps. Please let us know if you still face some issues.

    I too have the exact same problem. It appears to be an error in the RSS feed generated by iWeb.
    I found a link in the XML file for the "background" artwork from the iWeb template I chose to use. I replaced that line of code with location of the artwork I want to appear on iTunes Music Store.
