I am looking for a document that I did not save when I ended a work session on a Writeboard. Would Firefox have rescued it? Where can I find it?

I was working on a writeboard document yesterday. I finished and saved, or so I thought. Today when I went back to the writeboard, there is nothing there. I have had trouble this morning accessing the internet, but other than that, I don't really know what might have happened.
Does Firefox rescue a document like that? Any other suggestions?

It should plug into one of your USB ports.
If you want a newer external camera, some compatible ones are listed in http://www.mac-compatible-web-cam.com/

I bought this very nice iMac. The first time I ever use a Apple product. Can someone please tell me where the delete key is on the keyboard. I cannot think for one moment that Apple did not provide for such a key. Please help.

The delete key does a backward delete because it is the natural way to delete while typing. May not be to you and the millions of youngsters who grew up with windows computers. When you are typing and want to delete that which you just typed you are already at the end and you delete back to where you want to re-type. When you go back to a document and want to delete a selection, you have to go to the end of the selection instead of the beginning. it's just the way its always been done on macs. it takes some getting use to.
If you select text to be deleted with your mouse then the delete key deletes the selected text. same for either delete key method.
It is not convenient when you tab to fields in a form. That why fn-delete does a forward delete.
Macs have a couple of keyboards. The small "wireless keyboard" only has the (backward) delete (fn-delete forward). The larger "Apple Keyboard with Numeric Keypad" has both a Delete (backwards) key beside the = abd it has the "delete >" key in the groups with fn, home, end, Pg up and Pg dn. This keyboard is best for users who have switched from windows or are familiar with the windows forward delete.

  • My ipad got a 1 line cracked at the corner side near the charging sight...went to a apple aothorized reseller...1st they advised me to contact online/call toll free support for the inquiries on my IPAD2 for the reason that i did not buy it in their store.

IS IT RIGHT THAT THE APPLE RESELLER CHARGED ME FOR THE FREIGHT PAYMENT OF MY IPAD2 FOR THE REASON THAT THEY FACILITATED THE REPAIR  OF MY IPAD 2...IT IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY AND I BOUGHT IT ONLINE AND NOT IN THEIR STORE... IS THAT RIGHT?

it was not broken due to drop..we charged it and afterwardse we saw that there was a crack..if we drop it i think it will not only have a one small line...but anyway the authorized resseller facilitated the reporting of the complain of our ipad2...i think they have it pictured and send it to the apple.com...apple.com replied that my case is approved and still under warranty...they send it to the Authorized apple repair center...
I actually got a brand new ipad2...they replaced a new one..but they charged me for the FREIGHT for the reason that i did not buy it in their APPle store...that i bought it on Apple online...

  • I have been charged for music/downloads that I did not buy.  Help?

Contact the iTunes Music Store customer support department through the form at the bottom of this web page and explain the problem to them. They should then issue a credit to your account.
And you might want to change your password to your iTMS account, just in case someone has indeed gotten access to your account.

Most of the people on these forums, including myself, are fellow users - you're not talking to iTunes Support here. I've asked the hosts to remove your email address and address from your post
If you didn't make it and nobody else has access to your iTunes account then you can contact iTunes Support via this link and ask them for help : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

If you mean that you bought it by mistake then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View My Account (Store > View My Apple ID on iTunes 11) drop-down menu option and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that film, click the arrow to the left of it, click the 'Report a Problem' button :
and then the 'Report a Problem' link on its line :
and select 'inadvertently purchased' as the problem and fill in the details (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).
If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work (it's been taking people to this site on a browser instead of showing a form in iTunes) then you can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page.

Since you disputed the charges with your credit card company, the CC company reversed the charges and Apple (correctly) locked the AppleID.
You will need to contact Apple -> http://www.apple.com/support/appleid/contact/
    and explain what happened.

  • Re: Looking for a company that provides monthly IT related newsletters to end us

Thanks Randy. Do they offer a service we can pay and have them send out the email to our customers?
Looks like a bunch of good resources for us to create our own monthly, but we are short on time for that kind of newsletter creation each month.

  • Charged £10 for a pack that I did not agree to

Hi, Earlier on today I topped up £10 onto my phone and EE automatically charged me for a £10 pack that I did not agree to in the first place. I would like to know if I can get a refund on this as I did not want the pack in the first place. Thanks,Keisha

Where did you get your PAYG SIM? Ones bought from EE usually come with a pre-installed Pack awaiting you to top-up.
