I am looking for a text to speech app that supports the Books App?

If Settings -> General -> Accessibility -> VoiceOver does not work, then it is unlikely iBooks will do text to speach on its own in the current version.

I know that some competing services, Kindle, Nook, etc... are restricted in doing text to speach by the book publishers.
If this is text in a PDF (not an ebook), then maybe there is another app that can to text to speach on PDFs.
If it is published books that are of interest, there is Audible.com <http://www.audible.com/>
In theory it should be possible to use the Mac OS X Text to Speach facilities to convert a document into an audio file, and they sync that to the iPod Touch. I assume there is similar text to speach utilities for Windows systems.
I'm also guessing that there are web sites dedicated to assisting sight impaired individuals that might provide ideas for getting text to speach options for the iPod Touch.

How do I delete a large text message I sent that glitches the message app?

I just recently sent a REALLY large text message to my friend, but I don't think she actually got it. Since I sent this really big text I can't open the app for messages. Well, I can but it is frozen in the convo I sent the text in and after about 3 seconds the app closes back to the home screen. In the few seconds that I can keep the app open I tried to press the back button (on the upper left hand corner), to delete the convo so that is gets rid of the message. But, like I said before, it is frozen so it won't go anywhere. Also, while the app is open for a few seconds I tried holding the large text to delete it, but again the app is frozen so will do absolutely nothing. I really don't know how to to delete the convo or message to get the app working again. Please tell me if there is any other way to get the app working again. Reset the Device using this method: Hold the home button + the lock button for about 10-12 seconds until the Apple logo appears. You will not lose any data or current settings.

Looking for a list of Creative players that support subscription music.

I currently have a 40 GB Touch that I'm very happy with now that it has subscription music support. I'd like to get my daughter a player for Xmas and get her a subscription of her own so I don't have her music downloading to my machine every time I log in to YME. I hesitate to trust the list that Yahoo has since it doesn't even list the Zen Touch yet. Does Creative have a list posted somewhere so that I don't have to research every single player they make?

When i try with https://lyncfrontend.domain.local:4443 and https://lyncfrontend.domain.com:4443 both opens but when i open the external domain name i get certificate .

In IIS ARR proxy server following server farms are added and configured as per link ttp://y0av.me/2013/07/22/lync2013_iisarr/
In proxy server had setup only following server farm : While running remote connectivity web service test : meet, dialin, lyncdiscover and lyncweb.
The client inside works fine internally and through vpn. Login with external client also working fine. But we are getting error in MRCA as follows.
a) While testing remote connectivity for lync getting error : The certificate couldn't be validated because SSL negotiation wasn't successful. This could have occurred as a result of a network error or because of a problem with the certificate installation.
Certificate was installed properly.
b) For remote web test under Lync throws error : A Web exception occurred because an HTTP 502 - BadGateway response was received from IIS7.

You cannot. You can only upgrade to the currently supported version of the iOS which, at this time is iOS 7.0.2.

Wow, the wording in Migration Assistant is misleading. I've never used it before, so I thought I would try to copy my files from the external drive ... my old iMac died, but I managed to get everything I need off it, using the 'cp' command in single-user mode. So I guess I'll just have to manually copy the files from the external drive to the new machine. I was hoping that Migration Assistant might help somehow, but obviously not.

For what it is worth, I am a fan of NuGen, I have both SEQ 1 and 2 and two stereo enhancing tools (stereoizer and stereoplacer I think they're called). Since I have the SEQ 1 it replaces all Channel EQ's. And the stereotools sound great and very lush, in stead of the more usual cheezy combfilterthingies that pass for stereo enhancing tools.
And I actually like the interfaces. Simple, but stylish, functional and ergonomic (in this case meaning you can see all parameters in a quick glance, no guessing at settings).

Im not sure where to add the information im looking for. As an example i recently got the new smashing pumpkins 5 disc set. When ripped if shows which songs are from discs 1-5 and seperates them. Whats missing is the information corresponding to the fact that each of the 5 discs actually has its own disc name and not just disc number. is there a way to include this so it shows songs listed as Artist/album/album name/track name? For example, Smashing Pumpkins / Mellon Collie Deluxe Editon / Dawn to Dusk / Track name? I would just hate to lose this information to time in my library, and when a friend asks what disc its on i can just say its disc name. Thank you.

I configured MySQL in TestStand and making a query in TestStand like this:
Command :=> "SELECT * FROM crc_table ; " or "SELECT CRC_Value FROM crc_table ; " returns the total number of records without any errors.
But when I add the "where" clause
"SELECT crc_table.CRC_Value FROM crc_table where crc_table.File_ID= Locals.File_ID and crc_table.Version_ID = Locals.Version_ID and crc_table.Link_ID = Locals.Link_ID; "
I get the error as:
Error, The following SQL command failed: 'SELECT crc_table.CRC_Value FROM crc_table where crc_table.File_ID= Locals.File_ID and crc_table.Version_ID = Locals.Version_ID and crc_table.Link_ID = Locals.Link_ID; ...' I tried the same syntax in MySQL Query Browser and got the correct result:

I am not completely sure if this is the cause of the error but it is something that will cause problems if it is not fixed. In your SQL statement you must properly concatenate your strings with your variables. In the statement you posted you were simply putting the variable names in the string, not actually pulling their values. To do so properly your query should look something like this:
"SELECT crc_table.CRC_Value FROM crc_table where crc_table.File_ID='"+Locals.File_ID+"' and crc_table.Version_ID = '"+ Locals.Version_ID+"' and crc_table.Link_ID = '"+Locals.Link_ID+"' ;"
This way we are using the values of the variables in conjunction with the text strings. In this case the usage of single quotes (') casts the variables as strings so you may need to change this character sequence, but from the second example you gave I think that your variables are of type string so this should work fine.
