Known bug. Quit the Camera App, double-tap the home key and delete Camera from the recent apps bar. Fire it up again, should be good.

Try restoring the iPhone to factory settings. If you are having difficult restoring, put the iPhone into Recovery Mode and see if that then works:

If not, or if a restore to factory settings does not fix the problem, then your iPhone may have a hardware problem. You can only get the iPhone serviced by Apple in Canada, so you will have to take the iPhone there or send it to someone you know in Canada who can get the iPhone serviced and send it back to you. The only option for getting service in Pakistan would be to pay some unauthorized repair shop to attempt a repair, after which Apple will no longer provide any service even in Canada.

When you back up your Iphone/Ipad it backs up for camera roll. but when you take pictures and it uses photo stream, does that mean there are two copy's of your photos on icloud one set for photo stream and one set for backups?

Did the issue happen only for you or for multiple users?
You will need a valid conference for the URL to work. Please check if you did any typo for the URL. For example, in the format:
https://meet.contoso.com/username/confID
You can try to schedule a new conference from Outlook, check if the full URL like the example above and try to use this URL to join meeting.

How to remove photos from camera roll but remain in album?

I want to delete photos that I have in camera roll but those same pics to remain in the album I create before. Any suggestions?

You can't. When you 'copy' them into new albums you are effectively just creating pointers to the original photos, so if you delete the original photo you will also be deleting all pointers to it.
You could copy the photos to your computer, organise them on there, and then sync them back.

Not able to access CAS service through Endeca workbench: getting an error "CAS Console must be accessed through Workbench"

Getting an error while accessing the Datasource tab through Endeca workbench "CAS Console must be accessed through Workbench". Verified both ws-extensions.xml and casconsole.properties files which exists under %ENDECA_TOOLS_CONF%/conf, both files shares the same sharedSecret. Do anybody knows how to resolve this issue.
I did tried to reinstall CAS component multiple time , all the time the same error throwing.
Endeca CAS service is also not able to start through microsoft console (services.msc) throwing an error " Windows could not start the Endeca CAS Service service on Local Computer"

This can occur if CAS is reinstalled. Check your ws-extensions.xml and casconsole.properties files, and ensure that they agree on the same shared-secret.

You can enable keyboard sounds via Settings > General > Sounds . If they are enabled but you can't hear them then have you checked that you haven't got notifications muted (which will also affect most apps) ?
Depending on what you've got Settings > General > Use Side Switch To set to (mute or rotation lock), then you can mute notifications by the switch on the right hand side of the iPad, or via the taskbar : double-click the home button; slide from the left; and it's the icon far left; press home again to exit the taskbar. You need to restore your iPad from iTunes. This assumes that you have a backup of your iPad either in iTunes or iCloud.
Start iTunes.
Plug in your iPad using the USB cable.
Click on the iPad in the left hand column under "Devices".
In the "Summary" tab, there are options to Back up, Update and Restore.
Choose Restore and let it run.
