I am now using a different MacBook Pro, and want to install my CC, I have done that and downloaded the Photoshop App but its a trial version. How do I get the full version of the apps?
I had a new MacBook Pro that was damaged and I am now using a different MacBook pro as my primary computer (running yosemite 10.10.1).
I did uninstall the Creative Cloud off the old MacBook before I stopped using it.
I have downloaded the Creative Cloud and signed in using my adobe username and password, but when I went to download the Photoshop App it is only giving me the TRIAL VERSION.
How do I make sure that the apps are the full version that I have already paid for? (I do know that my subscription is still current)

Shawn I would recommend utilizing the steps in Sign in, activation, or connection errors | CC, CS6, CS5.5 - http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html to resolve the connection error which is likely preventing the software from authenticating.

Thanks in advance.Bootcamp will support your MacBook Pro, and 32 bit versions of windows 7 for sure. To find out if you can run 64 bit versions go through the boot camp assistant on your mac, partition the disk, and it will list compatible operating systems. Windows 7 will still work even if it's not there.

Your hard drive will be 2.5" sata drive, though I'm not sure if it's user replaceable on that generation. My friend has a similar one and I think only the ram and battery can be changed on his. Good luck! -
When I run diagnostics I get error 43 telling me to repair install itunes and that doesn't work either.
I'd start with the following document, with one modification. At step 12 after typing GEARAspiWDM press the Enter/Return key once prior to clicking OK. (Pressing Return adds a carriage return in the field and is important.)

My Macbook Pro is 3 years old. Lately I have noticed that after charging the battery life indicated is approximately 3:30; this is with little or nothing running. And sure enough after about 3:30 of mixed use (email, web srfing, file work) it's done. I'm thinking I should be getting better than that; at least twice that number.
So I am sitting in Nagoya and have plugged in the hotel LAN cable because the WiFi wasn't kicking in and my battery capacity is 6-7 hours! Most other places had a good reliable WiFi which is what I would normally use; I'm thinking the WiFi is a bit of a battery-hog. Stuff you learn.

Installing any OS you want on your machine will not void the warranty. Only making hardware changes other than those listed as "user servicable" by Apple, or negligence will void your warranty.
I will warn you that there might be SMC or EFI udates you will want for your Mac hardware that are only available if you are runnign Mac OS. For this reason, you may want to keep a small partition on your drive which still has Mac OS installed, or at the very least, keep an external HD around to be able to boot Mac OS. Additionally, if you are having hardware issues, like a failing DVD writer, you may have a harder time getting Apple to repair it under warranty if you can not reproduce the error under Mac OS. When I had the DVD writer replaced in my first MacBook Pro, I found the problems trying to write discs under Windows 7, but when the tech could reproduce an error under Mac OS, he quickly accepted it was a hardware problem and not software. Without reproducing it under Mac OS, he admitted that he might not be able to get them to replace the drive. -

After I reset my Ipod (deleted all data and settings) windows 7 doesn't recognize by ipod touch, and it doesn't appear in the itunes library or in the device menu, but it does charge. How can I get my computer to recognize it again?

When i tried to download iOS8 on my iPad Mini it told me that I needed to connect my iPad to iTunes, I have done that and now it says I need to restore my iPad. How can I get my iPad working without losing everything on my iPad? I don't want to lose my apps and photos!
Help would be much appreciated!If you are getting the connect to iTunes screen then it's too late to take a new backup and/or copy anything off it. Prior to starting the update did you take a backup, either to the cloud and/or to your computer's iTunes ? If not then have you recently taken a backup that might have your photos and apps content/settings in it ?
As long as the apps are still in your country's store then you should be able to redownload them via the Purchased tab in the App Store app (and the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage on your computer's iTunes), and if the apps store their content on a server/cloud service then you might be able to get their content back from that - if they store their content on the device then you will need to have a backup.
For our photos you could try doing a search for programs that claim to be able to recover content from a device - I haven't used any so I can't suggest one. -
I was updating my software on my iphone 4 and it crashed so it recovered it and i restored it from its back up. However I have lost all my music and my apps but not my pictures. How can i get my music back. I did not remove my phone from the computer until it had said it had finsihed.
Media and apps are not part of the backup. They need to be re-synced from your itunes library or re-downloaded from the store.

Very bad customer service - I have found that my underaged daughter has apparently ordered extra storage and never used it in her iPad. iPad iCloud settings does not have a downgrading option - BUT LUCKILY we also have an iPhone in the same account. iPhone iCloud settings has the possibility to switch to free 5Gb setting. Really Apple - a rip off way to treat the customer. Shame on you. The only other way apparently is to order a call when it suits Apple (not you). Because of the difficulty I will inform the consumer authorities in my country for this behaviour of the great product but ill service company called Apple.

Look this is going to sound pathetic, but i keep trying to get onto tumblr.com but no matter what i do it keeps sending me to Facebook.com. I've tried to go through google, yahoo, and bing but its still keeps sending me to facebook. none of my friends have ever had problems with firefox and untill the last two weeks neither have I. Resetting hasn't helped for very long and it's starting to make it so i have to reset every day.

I am brand new to the Apple Community and would like to pick at some brains here!
I just recently bought a new "late 2013" Macbook Pro here and would like to run Microsoft OneNote on my macbook. I have 2 predictaments though!
1. Which Windows OS is recommended? I searched around and seem to have found that alot of people are having issues with the Windows 8.1 version. Should I just stick to Windows 7?
2. Also, I know that the Macbook Pro does not have an optical drive; what is the best way to go on about getting the Windows 7 ISO onto a thumbdrive? Would I have to do it through another computer and burn the ISO on the thumbdrive there? Or is there a way to purchase Windows from my Macbook and download from the sellers website and just run Bootcamp to burn the image onto there?

DonI am new to the community as well but have been an apple genuis for a while. The way I put windows on my mac (late 2012 pro) last year was I bought windows 7, and used bootcamp to install it. I would have someone at best buy or a tech store do it for you though. If you dont want to pay $200 for windows 7, you can just buy an app called parallels (also at like a best buy) and use that. I believe it is around $75 but not sure. Hope this helps
