Clearly you can not update 10.9 if you do not have 10.9
It is very easy to find, it is in the App Store as the picture I posted earlier displays. Follow the same instructions. If you can't then use THIS LINK which will take you there.
The current version of 10.9 is 10.9.5 and that is what you will get.

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
Or this - Delete the account in Mail and then set it up again. Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts Tap on the Account, then on the red button that says Remove Account.

Reset your device: hold down the home button along with the sleep/wake button until the screen goes black and you see the Apple, then let go. (No data loss) Then try the update again.

We have an application with a very deep directory with 600 vi's on the windows machine and 600 vi's on the PXI. The directory is so complex that we sometimes cannot find vi's, any suggestions, besides, make it smaller.

The person who developed the application has left the company and we now need to maintain it.

Bob recommended a very time consuming method of examining each main VI's hierarchy and storing the sub-VIs in common folders. I've attached two utilities to make that easier. DS Hierarchy to file will create a text file you can export to EXCEL to document the VI's calls.
Clean directory will move all files NOT in the VI hierarchy to any directory (folder) you specify. In other words, if you run it on MYMAIN.VI, with instructions to move unused files to folder UNUSED, then after it runs, the only *.VI files remaining in the same folder as MYMAIN will be the ones actually used by MYMAIN.

If any of the music files didn't come from Apple, then you will need to seek the advice of another Mac website, like MacRumors or Apple Insider, to inquire about the latest third party software that can place ALL the files back onto the Mac.
Supposedly there is a way to reverse only iTunes purchased music back onto a Mac, it excludes the music from other sources.

I cannot verify my Apple ID. I keep getting the error that the email is in use by another user. I can log into the store and use Itunes without issue. But I cannot manage my Id. Any suggestions?

When I try to log into Apple ID I get this message.
I have not recieved a verifcation email and nothing is recieved when I resend it.
The email address is correct and I use it daily.
After I get this error message I can proceed no further with managing my ID

The add-on made it possible for me to use a single click and have the same effect as a double click. I don't know where I got the add-on from, but I am 99.9% sure it was a Firefox add-on.

Try [http://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.html Revouninstaller ]. It will display all installed programs including hidden ones. The ones that won't show up in Add/Remove Program.
The link goes to the freeware version.
It's the only uninstaller I use. Been using it for years.
It won't operate on FF Extensions though. For that go into FF Extensions and search for "Add-ons Manager" It will list everything in FF.
