i am setting up my adobe photoshop element 13. I initially had trouble locating the serial number, have corrected it, put the # in and cannot continue because next is not available, only back is. help

Setting errors on Adobe Photoshop CS6 trial

Was trying to set up Adobe Photoshop CS6 trial but errors came out.
My computer is Mac and installed other Adobe programs already but only photoshop has a problem.
The error has described 'RROR: DF015: Unable to delete symlink "/Applications/Adobe Photoshop CS6/Adobe Photoshop CS6.app/Contents/Frameworks/amtlib.framework/Resources"(Seq 524)'
If you know the solutions, please reply.

Installing Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 on multiple computers: invalid serial number

I need to install Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 on my new computer in place of my old one. However, when trying to use the original installation disk, the serial number I enter comes up as 'invalid'. Is this because I've already used it once? If so, is there any way to still install Photoshop Elements 10 for the second time?

Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 and Premiere Elements 12 Serial Number Issue

I downloaded Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 and Premiere Elements 12 (after checking the system requirements) but the serial numbers Adobe gave me are for that software but for version 13 which will not work on the iMac OS I have (Needs 10.8 and above). I need to get the correct serial numbers but Adobe chat says it isn't possible and have to use 13. Am I stuck with Version 13?

I would look for some means of contacting someone relative to the Education Exchange. I have no familiarity with it myself so I can't direct you anywhere, but maybe they have their own contact links or forum for discussion.
Do you have some problem with using version 13 or is it just that you acquired the files thru interface you show? If you have serial numners for 13 and your machine can handle it, go for getting it...

This is a known issue, The workaround for the same is to create a folder 'Templates' at
>'<Windows drive>:\Users\<current user login>id>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\'
Then try installing PS again it should work.

"Photoshop" Lightroom doesn't require activation; you just install and then type in the serial number when prompted, and it should work from thet moment; Adobe allow you to install Lr on two computers at the same time. The Internet is only really required to register your serial number, which is a very good idea in case of disaster.

I downladed Adobe Photoshop Elements 7 and am trying to activate with a serial number from a disk copy i bought several years ago, but the software wont accept the serial number. What can I do?
The disk version i have has a scratch and is unreadable, otherwise i would use that copy.

Mac app store software does not contain serial numbers since they are linked to your AppleID.

When when you run the LR5 installer it will see you have the Mac app store version and it will get a serial number from Adobe to use for LR5.

.PSD file doesn't look like in Adobe Photoshop

Hi everybody!
I have problem with Adobe Fireworks CS4 trial. My friend created a .psd file in Adobe Photoshop and sent it to me. When I opened it, some layers didn't look like in Adobe Photoshop. They had 50% opacity, but in Photoshop was set only 20%. Some layers had diferent color. In Photoshop was set white, but in Fireworks i saw yellow.
Do you have any ideas, how to solve the problem ?

Was the original file done in CMYK?
8 bit - RGB

I found a doc Install rollback | Photoshop Elements | Windows that provides information on installation rollback. I'd suggest that you use the doc before calling up customer support.
