I am trying to download a digital movie and I am being told that iTunes is not available now.

I am trying to download a Disney digital copy of a movie, but I keep getting the message that iTunes is not available now. Try back later. I have the latest version of iTune (11.0.1). Does anyone know what the problem could be. I received an "error 5002" earlier when trying to download the same movie.

Try restarting your iTunes in 32-bit mode, as per the following document:

You are confusing Free Disc Space with RAM.

Trying to download a digital movie copy from WB site to iTunes...

I am trying to download a digital copy of a movie--this one for some reason does not come on a disc with the blue-ray (like every other digital copy I've gotten), but I have to access the download from WB's website. I select the iTunes format, but on Step 2 (Download on iTunes), it sends me to Apple's website telling me that I need to download iTunes--WHICH IS ALREADY DOWNLOADED ON MY COMPUTER!! I even have the most recent version. I even tried re-downloading, un-installing, and re-installing it again, but every time I try to advance past Step 2, I keep getting told I need to download iTunes... *** am I missing?

What can I do when I'm trying to reinstall iTunes and I'm being told that the old bonjour file can't be removed eventhough I managed to remove the bonjour folder?

Ok - I'm using MS Vista. I wanted to update iTunes for a long time but it always failed because it said something about missing access to the Network where Bonjour is stored. I figured that I wanted to solve this now once and for all by reinstalling the current version of iTunes. This didn't work, because I was being told that the old version of Bonjour could not be removed. Therefore I tried to remove Bonjour and after a long quest I found a way to (seemingly) remove it. There's no more Bonjour folder in my Programm Files. Anyway - I tried to install iTunes again and it didn't work. It told me that there was still the old Bonjour that could not be removed.
I'm at my witts end. I'd really like to use iTunes, especially since I also own an iPhone.

Unfortunately, this sort of trouble has gotten more complicated to deal with ever since Microsoft pulled the Windows Installer CleanUp utility from their Download Center on June 25. First we have to find a copy of the utility.
Let's try Googling. (Best not to use Bing, I think.) Look for a working download site for at least version 3.0 of the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. After downloading the utility installer file (msicuu2.exe), scan the file for malware, just in case. (I use the free version of Malwarebytes AntiMalware to do single-file scans for that.)
If the file is clean, to install the utility, doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file you've downloaded.
Now run the utility ("Start > All Programs > Windows Install Clean Up"). In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any Bonjour entries and click "Remove".
Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try installing iTunes again. Does the install go through properly now?
(If you do find a clean download site for the correct version of CleanUp, please don't tell me where it is. Without wishing to sound paranoid (although I grant it does sound paranoid), there is a non-zero chance that posting links to download locations for the utility here at Discussions leads to that download location being shut down.)

If you haven't been able to connect to the iTunes Store:
Make sure your date, time, and time zone are correct in Settings > General > Date & Time.
Note: Time Zone may list another city in your time zone.
Make sure that your iOS software is up to date by tapping Settings > General > Software Update (iOS 5 or later) or connecting your iOS device to iTunes and clicking Check for Update on your device's Summary page.
Check and verify that you're in range of a Wi-Fi router or base station. If you're on a device with cellular service, make sure that cellular data is turned on from Settings > General > Cellular.
Note: If connected to cellular data, larger items may not download. You may need to connect to Wi-Fi to download apps, videos, and podcasts.
Make sure that you have an active Internet connection. You can check the user guide for your device for help with connecting to the Internet.
Make sure that other devices (portable computers, for example) are able to connect to the Wi-Fi network and access the Internet.
Try resetting (turning off and then on again) your Wi-Fi router.
If the issue persists, try troubleshooting your Wi-Fi networks and connections.

Trying to update to 4.0 and being told that Firefox is not supported in this architecture?

Running 10.5.8 on my Powerbook G4 and trying to update to 4.0 and when I click on the Firefox folder that downloaded to my desktop to initiate the update the is a white circle with line thru it and say that I can't open the application Firefox because it is not supported in this architecture. I have been running the other versions of Firefox without issue.

That is absolutely correct .Acrobat 9 pro is not compatible with Windows 7 .It might lead to certain conflicts while the downloading is in process .

The movies and tv shows in your iTunes library on your computer can be transferred to your iPad via the iTunes sync/transfer process. This is selected under the Movies and TV Shows tabs for your iPad sync preferences with iTunes. After the movies and tv shows are transferred, they will be available in the Videos app under iOS 5.

I assume you are talking about iTunes on your computer, if so, you will have to remove all Apple programs associated with iTunes:
iTunes, QuickTime, Apple Software Update, Apple Mobile Device Support, Bonjour and Apple Application Support (iTunes 9 or later)
Make sure everything that is by Apple is removed including Safari. You can sort by "Publisher", when you uninstall programs. Make sure you have at least one other web browser (like Firefox or Internet Explorer) before removing Safari. That way you can go back to the Apple web site and redownload iTunes later.
Reboot the computer then reinstall iTunes. Everything should work normally.

You have to go to SMTP settings for your email account and enter a password there. Sended and receiving are two different activities managed by 2 differet servers, and each may require a separate user ID and password.

Trying to download from audible.co.uk but get error message that iTunes is incorrectly loaded and i should reinstall - error message 1007. I have no idea how to do this or why i get the message as iTunes works perfectly well.
