Issue updating to CS6. Extracts files and then nothing happens.
I went on the Adobe site, selected to update to CS6, downloaded the Akamai Downloader as requested, clicked download the bundle, the files extract, the window closes and then nothing happens.
As a work around please use a direct download link instead of the download manager by using the links on this page: Download CS6 products (you might have to change the language at the bottom depending on your country)

When I try to install Mavericks from the App Store, the timer moves and then nothing happens. When I first attempted to download Mavericks onto my 2009 15" macpro the program started to download and then seemingly froze up- my partners started after mine and then finished on her 2010 13" macpro... I have gone back several times to the store, restarted my system and am getting nothing... Perhaps Ill try again tomorrow?
If you have an iPod with iOS 3.1.3 then it is due to an Apple problem.

Hello having major issue with Apple TV, have searched the forums over the last week but can't find a solution that works.
My ATV is not working when I had it plugged into TV so I thought I would plug it in and restore it via iTunes. I have tried three different micro-USB (all of which work on other devices). So in iTunes I had downloaded the latest ATV software and it starts to restore the ATV (extracts/prepares/verifies) but the restore gets stuck on the part of "waiting for Apple TV" and then nothing happens, as in overnight nothing happens. I have tried using the remote to reset the ATV but nothing. The flashing light is constant.
Anyone got an ideas on what to do when the restore doesn't work?Best to take it to Apple

I really don't appreciate the fact that no one from Apple seems to be dealing with the many, many threads that have started on this topic since iOS 7 came out. In any event, I seem to have solved my problem with a full software restoration -- that is, iOS software restoration.
I clicked on "Restore iPhone..." which does a complete reinstall of the iOS but also all apps, photos, songs, etc. Took about 45 minutes, but seems to have worked.
I had previously tried reverting to a backup of my iPhone, but that did not solve the problem. Only a full restore solved it. -
when i clicked on erase all content and setting in my iphone3, it first shut down and next the apple logo appears and then nothing happens, its been 12hrs since like that. i tried force restart by clicking the home and sleep/wake button, and still same issue.
I believe with the 3G and the older iOS, erase all content and settings acts differently than the newer iOS. You can use this support document http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1808 to place the phone in recovery mode and restore it.

NEED HELP! Bought USED. Need iPhoto, but App Store makes me "accept" and then nothing happens.
HELP!! I bought this Macbook Air (OSX Version 10.9.4) USED from my sister-in-law about a month ago. Immediately I noticed iPhoto was NOT on it. From my research I'm assuming iPhoto is only associated with it's original owner's Apple ID so I will have to buy my own which is $14.99 on iTunes, that's OK I guess, but when I go to the App Store in place of the "14.99" box it says "Accept" I click accept and it makes me type in my Apple ID password... I do and then NOTHING happens, I can't find iPhoto anywhere on my computer and I don't know what to do!! If anyone knows, please help!! Thank YOU!

Check in the Mac App Store and look at the Purchases tab to see if it shows that it has been purchased. If it has and is in that list you can click on download and it will install it for you.
