There is no update for FaceTime as it is included with iOS 7.0.4.
What specifically is your problem with FaceTime? Do you have a wifi/internet connection?

Do you get any error messages ? If you get a network timeout error when downloading the update then try temporarily turning off all your firewall and antivirus software until the download has completed.
It's best to only update via your own computer, otherwise you risk losing all your iPad's contents - updating to iOS 5 wipes the iPad and then restores your backup. If you having problems downloading the update then you could try downloading the update file via a browser on another computer and then copying that file to your laptop for the actual update .

I have Aperture 3.0.3 on my laptop. I'm trying to update my software for it and it keeps telling me I need to have Aperture 3 or higher, but I do. When I try to purchase Aperture 3.4.3, thinking I needed to do that it said i couldn't because I already had Aperture 3 installed. WTH?

make sure Aperture is installed in the systems Application folder (not a sub-folder) and is named just Aperture

Completely Updated on mac, ATV and Airport Xtreme...but ATV won't connect

We are on the internet with no problem at home via airport extreme, but our ATV says it is connected to our network, but not the internet. We did a factory reset and got it to connect to the internet and my computer, but then the dreaded updates happened. Now the same problem as before. Can somebody help me?
The ATV has been very disappointing with lagging downloads and syncing correctly ever since we got it. we are very competent people with a blazing internet that has never been down, so the ATV has been to blame. It is so disappointing because it has soooo much potential and has seems to be the bast* child to Apple.

I'm trying to download photos off my old LG EV3 via Bluetooth into iPhoto. It shows that the device is paired to my MacBook, however, when I try to connect the phone it shows that it's connected for only a few seconds but then quickly disconnects and the phone says "No Services Found." I also tried to change the connection for this phone (it's currently set-up as a Dial-Up modem connection via Verizon but the phone is no longer connected to Verizon) but it apparently will not let me do that. Any ideas?
