I am unable to developer unlock my phone.
Every time I am getting this message
"Make sure Windows IpOverUsb Service is running"
I checked for the services and the service is also running.
I have tried restarting the service many times but I am always getting this message.
I have reinstalled the VS2013 also but am stuck with this problem.

is that the service “Windows Phone IP over USB Transport (IpOverUsbSvc)” is not running. It is very simple to resolve in error.
Simple header over to services.msc. Look for “Windows Phone IP over
USB Transport (IpOverUsbSvc)”, the status should be empty. Right click on it and select Start.
To fix this error in your windows 8.1 development
machine:
1) Open Search and type Services and select settings.
2) Open Computer Services.
3) Look for "Windows Phone IP over USB Transport (IpOverUsbSvc)" service.
4) Change the startup type to automatic and click on Start button.
5) Try to deploy your application and everything works fine!

recently got went through the process of unlocking my phone through itunes, i am now unable to back my phone up to my computer, its asking me for a passcode that i used to unlock it, but i dont have a clue what it is. any ideas?
that works on my phone! But when im on ITunes on my computer and back it up manually, it comes up with a message saying, the passcode used to unlock iPhone is incorrect

I have 4s with 16GB storage capacity using IOS 7.1.2.
Facing hang problem after updating when i decline the call the keypad getting locked ,touch stop working unable to unlock the phone .
Then what i can do i restart the phone with pressing home key & power key together then i am able to access it.

PLEASE ADVISEdo a reset, hold down the home/power button together until you see the apple logo and then release, then wait for the phone to boot back up. Then try powering off your phone.

Iphone4s - because I use pass lock I cannot decline a call such as a blocked number. If I can't see who is calling then I don't want to answer it. But due to having my phone on lock - i can see its a blocked number but there is no option to decline. If i unlock my phone it automatically answers the call. Does anyone else have this problem or is there a solution I don't knnow about?
In the locked screen you can press the sleep/wake button once to silence to the call and twice to send it to voicemail.

Carrier unable to unlock my phone
Hey guys,
I've been having a real nightmare issue with Fido to unlock my iphone 5.
Got it back in 2012, then Apple swapped the device because it was faulty and now it's been over 2 weeks that I called to have my phone unlocked.
First they wanted a proof that Apple replace my device (fine).
Then, a girl sends me an email telling me that she needs me to take my sim out and sync to iCloud and put the sim back in afterwards and send her an email once that was done.
Then she sends me another email asking me if it's a A1428 or A1429. I replied with A1428.
Now it's been 4 days since, and nothing still.
She says she's getting error messages from her system when trying to unlock my phone.
What are my options?
I'm leaving to go on a 4 weeks trip in just a few days and def need my phone to work. I already paid for my chip from the country I'll be visiting along with the plan for the duration.

I'm going to try to restore the phone back to factory, then get everything back on it and hope that once it's done, Fido can try to unlock and will then work out.
Make sure you do a backup before, so after you restore as new, you can dump all your info back on the iPhone without hassles.
It's so frustrating and time consuming all this back and forth with them.
They (fido) locked my phone, I don't see why they're not able to unlock it. It's nonsense to me.
Yep. Some carriers are so notoriously terrible at unlocking, that it seems that they purposely make the process so complicated and fustrating in order to discourage customers from asking for the unlock in the first place.

A few months back I Dropped my iPhone 4 and I cracked my screen and now i cant unlock my phone due to touch screen not working plus there are blurred lines across the screen and I can't see anything that it displays.
Now when I try too connect my iPhone 4 to iTunes on my computer at home an error message comes up saying that I have to unlock my iPhone 4 for it to communicate to my device.
But the problem is that I can't unlock my iPhone 4 because I'm unable to see the key pad and my touch screen no longer responds when I touch it.
I just want to reset my iPhone 4 back to its Factory Settings & start all over from the beginning.
How can I unlock my iPhone 4 with iTunes on my computer or any other option you suggest me trying.

If Verizon return it to Apple it wil not be handled by Apple
If Verizon also use unauthorised repairers you may be lucky

I've recently downloaded the iOS 7, and now I cannot slide to unlock my phone, I can't even turn my phone off because it won't allow me to slide it. I am able to pull down the notification center, and pull up the control center but when I do this I am unable to press anything if both centers. I can't even access my camera from the lock screen anymore! There was no water spillage, I didn't drop to on the floor. I just locked the screen, and put it on my desk. Came back to it, and it wouldn't open. Prior to this issue my phone was very VERY buggy with almost everything. There was multiple crashes and multiple viewing issues. Please help me! I would first try to reset the device:
Resetting your device
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

I went to nokia store yesterday and i was told that the only way to transfer .xap files from windows store in my pc to my lumia 925 without sd card is to do a developer unlock. My question is, how many .xap files can i transfer to my developer unlocked phone downloaded to my pc? Because some says i can only transfer 10 .xap files but others say i can transfer unlimited .xap files downloaded from windows store in pc to lumia device.
