I am unable to update my apps on my iPad and iPod and it says my Apple ID has been disabled,I've tried signing out and signing back in but it still comes up with it can anybody help?

Someone help me my iPad and iPod are saying my Apple ID has been disabled and I've tried signing out and signing back in but it won't work..anyone help?
